I currently own a BBQ restaurant in Roanoke Virginia and a mobile truck in Frederick
Maryland. All of my business ventures started with a truck. This past year Blue’s BBQ
truck was voted one of the top six restaurants in Frederick Maryland along with the
BBQ receiving several awards and accolades from food critics from the Washington
metropolitan area. Although BBQ has been a part of my entire adult life, pizza has
always been my passion. My father owned one of the most popular pizzerias in the
state of Maryland in the 70’s and 80’s.
