I bought a mattress that went defective. I was not offered an exchange. I had to take photos of the mattress before mike would make a decision. I received a voice mail stating full value back to me. I was willing to buy something more expensive in the $ 2000.00−2500.00 range for a coil mattress. then he reneged and stated the return was only good for what he had in stock. he refused to order me a decent mattress even though I was will to dung another grand of grand and a half. I will be taking him to court if need be as he is a liar and I have the voice mail to prove it. I have never had to exchange a mattress before but this memory foam job started causing me great back pain and I now have to sleep in my recliner. I will not let mike take my $ 1500.00 and leave me with a defective mattress.
