This is my second time to this location. I ordered my 6″ sub before 3 more guys showed up. The guys behind were already putting on toppings b4 me. I ordered the meatball toasted the 1 person behind ordered tuna toasted too. We was already paying by the time the lady took my super burned sub out. The reason most ppl like myself go to subway is because you hope to be fast. Have a quick lunch. Not in this case. The kitchen staff are not organized, their is no food line at this location. 1 employee even looked at me after the gentlemen behind said, «did u order» I said yes and pointed at the staff no one acknowledge that I was even there.

Just left here and left really really unsatisfied! Got attended by a really un-​professional guy named Yovany. I made a mistake on my sandwich and i don’t know if he said it towards me or his co-​worker but he mouthed something under his breath. Regardless of who it was towards he shouldn’t be saying ANYTHING AT ALL and just keep his mouth shut!!! It’s really unprofessional and sad. This is the 2nd time that I’ve gone here and these «guys» either give you attitude or just serve really bad service. If you don’t like your job then QUIT or get the hell out of there!!! Shitty customer service! Never coming here again. This doesn’t even deserve that one stupid little star!!!

The subway crew really try there best to get your orders quick during lunch rush. Expect lines during 12 – 1:30pm. Clean classic subway.

Peter is the best! He was patient and super kind and friendly. He even ran out to hand me the side dressings I had asked for and forgot. He even checked to make sure there was green tea in the dispenser before ringing me up when I mentioned that I would like green tea. He took initiative and went beyond. This experience was great.

Ripped me off. Gave the cashier a twenty and he gave me change for ten. When I showed him the receipt that indicated $ 20.00 tendered he said he had entered 20.00 by mistake and kept the receipt.

Recently opened in the Plaza Pacoima Shopping Center (look for it right off the street between the Lowes and Costco) and the closest «edible» food to my work, figured I’d give them a try.
It’s a Subway that is clean, has good service and even with lines at lunch you can get in and out pretty quickly.
Pretty standard stuff but worth stopping in if you are in the area.
