Swedish based massage soothes tired muscles, reduces tension, improves circulation and relaxes the entire body. Involves various soft and deep tissue techniques to treat the whole body, mind and spirit that can prevent and alleviate pain and stress while supporting the bodies’ systems to create greater body-mind awareness. Depending on a client’s needs stretching may be utilized to decrease muscular tension, release toxicity in muscles, and increase range of motion.

Graduated National Holistic Institute 720 Hour Massage Therapist Training Program in 1999
Worked in Alaska at a fishing resort for 4 years during the summer season.
On call at spa’s in Pacifica.

Business Owner
Pacifica Native since 1972. Have lived in Santa Cruz, Clear Lake, Dorrington, San Francisco and Southeast Alaska. Went to school for Massage therapy in 1998, graduating in 1999. Worked till 2001 in the massage buisness until the birth of my son in 2002. Took some time off from 2004 – 2010 where I re-discovered my love for this rewarding job.
