My goal is to provide the Home Office, Small Business, and Gamer with a reliable source of Computer Support at a reasonable rate. I work on Microsoft Windows, Apple OSX, and Ubuntu Linux computer systems as well as the supporting components. I can setup your Printer, a Home Network, Design an Office Network and implement it, or just talk you through a tricky bit of configuration on the phone.

History

Established in 2003.

My background is varied. I was an Aviation Structural Mechanic for the US Navy and Air Force (retired), a Systems Administrator for the Navy’s NALCOMIS system, a Phone and Voice mail System Crew Supervisor, Workforce Management System’s Technical Support Lead, and now I run my own Computer and Telephone Company.

I am retired Military Aviation Mechanic. During my military career I’ve worked on multiple types of aircraft and equipment as a Structural Repairman. I also performed the duties of a Systems Administrator for the Navy’s computersystem, and managed a Recreation Department. My travels took me to Europe, sailed on the USS Nimitz across the Atlantic, went to Kuwait, Iraq, Romania, Israel, Egypt, and Spain.

Post Military… I worked in a small Telephone installation company in San Francisco as the Supervisor, I oversaw the Programming, Installation, and Training of Phone and Voice Mail systems around the Bay Area. After that I was hired by an up and coming Workforce Management Company into the Support Department where I was to become the departments lead for 3 different Products and Train an international crew for a ²⁴⁄₇ Worldwide Support presence. In late 2002 I was liberated from the Desk to start Coastal Computer Care in early 2003.
