Hard to say anything bad about the place since everyone I dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable, but overall, I was not entirely satisfied. I brought my Porsche into their shop to get the bumper repaired and remove the holes from the front license plate mount. The repair itself was fantastic and I cannot tell they were ever there, but once I got home I noticed on the inside end of the bumper there were runs in the clear coat. Granted they were inside the wheel well but there none-​the-​less. Additionally on the corner of the bumper were it meets the turn signal indicator, there was a black spot about the size of my pinky fingernail. It looks to me that the paint was chipped upon bumper removal or it was stood up on its side in the garage after removal causing the chip, or a piece of something contaminated the paint job and it was clear coated over. The spot may have been there when I took the car in, but the weekend before I detailed my car and did not notice it (I have a sharp eye for these type of things). Am I being real particular here, probably. But if I’m going to go out of my way to take my car to a Porsche approved body shop (1 hour out of the way to be exact) and pay a hefty premium over the competitors, I expect perfection and it was not delivered in this case. If you are not particular like I am, I’m sure this shop will satisfy you, but if you love your vehicles more that your first born child, you may want to see what else is available in your area.

Getting the back of my car slammed into by a professional driver was no fun, but I was delighted by the level of service and friendliness at Pro Tech Collision. Just awesome. While I hope I don’t require their services again anytime soon, if I do, I know I’ll be in great hands.
