I agree with Ashley D’s comment about Eureka Collision.
This place has gone down hill since they merged with the place next door. The guys are nice, and they do good mechanical work, but they seem to have more work than they can handle. Like Ashley, my car sat for weeks and they never got to it. I ended up taking it somewhere else, who had it fixed within 48 hours.
It is a shame because the guys that run this place are very nice and very ethical. They just need to hire more people and have a better account management department.
I may go back here for body work, but I can’t count on them anymore for fixing mechanical issues.
