History

Established in 1982.

Dr Vines started his private practice in the Port Hueneme area being affiliated with Hueneme Hospital in the medial arts building next to the hospital. When the hospital was closed he relocated to Oxnard on Gonzales until the building was damaged in a fire displacing all the tenants April of this year. He has now relocated his office to the Medical building located on Gonzales and C street. He continues to have the Ventura office on Loma Vista and has been functioning there while the new office is being completed.

Dr. Vines is a Navy veteran that received his BS degree from the Univ. of Calif at Riverside and then attended the Calif. College Podiatric Medicine. After completing a foot and ankle surgical residency a the VA Hospital in Palo Alto, Ca he relocated to Ventura to set up a private practice. He has been providing foot and ankle care for the Oxnard/​Camarillo/​Ventura communities for over 25 years. He is on staff at all of the local hospitals-​Dignity Health, Ventura Community and Ventura County Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and also board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and American College of Professional Wound Care. He continues to offer the latest techniques and advances in foot care with a emphasis on wound care, diabetic patients, structural foot deformities and children foot problems.
