Have been here a few times. My brows always look great.
I prefer waxing for the lip, though.
I recently purchased a Groupon. It only saves you a dollar and they won’t punch your card if you use the Groupon so in all reality you get a free threading when you get 7 punches which works out to be the same as buying a Groupon. Definitely not a deal but whatever. It is what it is.

While I agree that their customer service skills weren’t the best, I didn’t come here for that. I came for a great and inexpensive thread job and that is what I got. Luckily there was only one person there before me. It was quick and she did an awesome job! I will definitely be coming back.

I have came here more than 5 times and every time they take at least 30 minutes plus to attend me. The lady is very slow and takes her time which is good but bad when you want to have a quick clean-​up. I only come here because it’s open one hour more than the regular place I got to. i do not recommend this place for impatient people like me.

Went in yesterday (¹¹⁄₀₁) for a quick touch up and walked out very unhappy! First, when i walked in the two girls already sitting behind the counter continued to just sit there. what happened to manners ladies? You stand up and greet customers giving you service, you should probably also get off your cell phone and attempt to make eye contact with me? Or did your fake blue contacts not allow you to do so? Very rude little girl. i understand why your business is suffering and is on groupon now.
Any who a different girl actually did my eyebrows and shaped them the best she could. Seemed a little too thin to me but oh well, they looked better than they did when i came in. Because of the horrible customer service (or lack there of actually) ill be happily heading to LAYLA’s threading from now on… I would not recommend. I came here once before and neither of yesterdays girls were there that time, an older lady did my brows and was very polite, professional and welcoming. which was why i went back. Sad to see its changed.

I’ve been coming here now to get my eyebrows & lip done. Supposedly its better than waxing. It sure does make the hair grow out a bit finer. Im have pretty sensitive skin. Im not gonna lie, the eyebrow threading part still hurts me a bit & makes me tear/​cry, Haha. But I know she’s doing a nice job. Hari is great, she’s super nice!

Great place for threading. Decided to try it out when I was desperate for a touch up with a short amount of time. The worker who helped me took her time and listened to exactly how I wanted to shape my eyebrows. She was so sweet to even re-​fill them in after she was done as I was heading straight to dinner. They have the stamp card (buy 6 get 1 free) deal which is a great deal!

This was my first threading experience, so I may not have the correct context for this place.
The girl working there could’ve been more friendly (she asked me «just eyebrows? No lips?» Wow, really?), but she did a decent job. I thought she did the arch a little too high, but everyone else seems to think that it looks good.
The place itself needs to be livened up in some way; there’s no music and it’s dead quiet, making it awkward to wait. There was also only one person working when I went in the afternoon. Luckily there was only 1 person ahead of me and so I was in and out in about 30 mins. The threading itself took about 15 – 20 mins and was almost painless.

This place is amazing first time I came here and Bsnu did an amazing job on my eyebrows I will highly recommend her she is great and very friendly too… I’m a happy customer

I was looking for a good place for threading. After a long wait, got to know about Liza Threading. Threading was really painless and my eyebrows looked great i am a happy customer. The prices fit my pocket too. By the way they do have beautiful accessories as well. Girls would love this place. Great job Bsnu and Liza Threading… looking forward to more services there!
