Infiniti of Oxnard

Last year I bought a Infiniti G37S from sales man Randy smith, great experience. But recently I had a nail in my tire and took it to the dealer to get it patched. They told me they can’t patch it and that I need 2 brand new tires. Said it would be $ 700 because my tires are «unique». Then I went to A&V tires on Oxnard Blvd and they patched my tire for $ 7.50 and they said I DO NOT NEED new tires. Becareful when you go to the dealer for ANYTHING.

Greg Frain in service is wonderful to deal with. I bought my Infinity at Infiniti of Oxnard and have had my car serviced ever since 2007. I find him to be honest, helpful and friendly. He takes care of his customers as if they were family. Thank you Greg.

The service center at this dealer is dangerous. They are unprofessional and unethical.
Please don’t take service contracts at this dealer when buying your car. The service center will damage your car and claim «it was already there», they will carry out unscheduled and unwarranted repairs. Charge you a lot of money needlessly.
Greg Fain — is uncouth and tough to deal with. There is nothing to be gained going to this dealership. The location in thousand oaks is far more friendly and their Internet desk gives you a far better deal overall

Came to get an oil change. was told my car had some recalls and it would take a day to get them both done. Two days later and I had to drive down to make a stink because incompetent John doesn’t know how to do his job. His communication skills are zero. I will never bring my car here for maintenance ever again. They will lie about your car needing breaks and give u the run around. Avoid this place at all costs.

My husband and I went to Infiniti of Oxnard a couple weeks ago to «look» at cars. We had been looking around for the last year or so, but not quite ready to buy. We were waiting for my car to completely die out (220k miles!!), but we wanted to maybe test drive some cars and try NOT to drive away in something new. We stopped by Infiniti on a Sunday. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a young woman, Krystal Corona, who was sitting at the front desk. She asked if we were already being helped and if she might be able to answer some questions. We let her know that we just wanted to check out some cars (especially the QX60… drool). Let me tell you something, Krystal is the nicest car sales rep I have ever met. She was not pushy at all and really knows a lot about the specs on these cars. She showed us a few of the SUVs we wanted to see and answered all of our questions, she provided us with a brochure and all of the info we needed. She also informed us that she handles the online inquiries and I was really excited to know that I could go back to her in the future especially if i was able to do it online. We were still speaking with Krystal when Donna Williams got involved, she’s the GM. She wanted to introduce herself and let us know about the promos for the month. We knew that she was getting involved so she could help the sale, but she really is great at what she does. She did a great job and informing us about promos and how she could get us out at an affordable price. She started just by saying that she wanted to give us an idea on numbers and then noticed that she did catch our interest and said «wait, is there a chance you guys might drive one home today?» Donna did a great job and keeping us in the branch, Krystal then took us on a test drive, we were able to work some numbers and Krystal even drove to Beverly Hills to get the exact car we (I) wanted and we drove home in it the same day. They really went above and beyond, and I get it, it’s sales, but still we really felt like they went the extra mile even with the extra detailing/​cleaning they did with the car after the long drive from Beverly Hills. Wonderful service. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Krystal and Donna for all your help. I LOVE MY QX60! (yes, it’s mine! :))

I’ve been going to this dealership since 2005 for every service and the service team is excellent. It might be more expensive just because it’s the dealership but they do excellent job every time. I just had my car detailed for the first time (and it was complimentary!) and I am very happy with the result. My car (2008 G37) looks like a brand new car inside and out! Thank you so much!

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Team Infiniti buying our 2011 Honda Pilot this past weekend. We worked with Tom Hayden, who is a stand-​up gentleman and an awesome salesperson. Bob Bailey and Lisa from finance also assisted us and were nothing short of spectacular.
The sales team was very warm, accommodating, knowledgeable, and efficient. Lisa in finance was very thorough, but was still able to get us through the paperwork quickly.
Tom even called up today to check-​in on us and make sure everything was going well.
I highly recommend Team Infiniti and urge all who are looking for an Infiniti or a quality used car to head their way.

I had a terrible experience working with Scott. I was completely taken advantage of as a young girl by myself. I WAY overpaid and the car had MULTIPLE issues that were not disclosed. The cigar lighter didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my phone, the triptonics were completely broken and there was a large dark stain on the back seat that Scott never showed me. Despite multiple messages left at the dealership, I did not receive a call back or an offer to correct any of the issues or a refund of any payment.

This review is for the service department, but judging how they treat customers, I’d never want to buy a car from them.
If you are comfortable with manipulation tactics and being treated like an idiot, then this place is for you.

We recently purchased a preowned Infiniti from Team Infinti of Oxnard and couldn’t have had a better experience. Bob Bailey was wonderful and took the time to answer all of our questions. He did his best to make the car buying experience enjoyable. We highly recommend Bob and Team Infiniti!

I highly recommend Ron Knight from Team Infiniti. His laid back manner and no pressure attitude made us want to do business and purchase our SUV from him. He went out of his way to accommodate us and take care of any little question we had after we had already purchased our vehicle from him. The service at the dealership was awesome. We felt very well taken care of and will do business with him again.

Never purchase a used vehicle from this dealership without taking it to get checked first and purchasing a GOOD extended warranty. I purchased a beautiful 2000 VW Bettle with 53,000 miles for my 18 yr old daughter as a graduation present. 2 weeks later the check engine light came on, took the car in for service (which was covered under the 30 day warranty). Infiniti cleared the check engine and sent us home. 1 week outside of their warranty the car broke down over 200 miles from home. Check Engine light again… and $ 3000 worth of damage that Infiniti refused to fix. Note to self… it doesn’t matter who a woman purchases a used vehicle from these days, a small time dealership on the corner in a bad neighborhood or the GREAT TEAM INFINITI, you can still be taken advantage of. And by the way… I found out there was a warranty on the vehicle but it doesn’t cover what needed to be repaired. Sucks to be us… now we know.

This comment is for the service dept. In 2007, we purchased our 07 G35 Journey from Thousand Oaks. Unfortunately, the Oxnard dealership did not have the package/​color we were looking for… however, Greg, the service manager has always treated us like we’re part of an extended family. I would without hesitation recommend this service dept for any Infiniti vehicle, regardless of where you purchased it.

Gotta say they came through for me… I’m 37 years old with absolutely no credit score N/​A. After calling around and getting offered a few deals but at horrible rates and all were a waste of my time. After sharing my thoughts and bad luck stories with a friend he called Bob Bailey. Bob gave me a call and got the ball rolling… He found me a newer/​better car than I was looking for with fewer miles and got me an awesome interest rate… Almost too low to mention!!! I don’t want anyone else to feel bad if they don’t get the same deal but I will say I am extremely satisfied with the deal and car!!! I SUGGEST THEM TO EVERYONE!!! I was hating new car searching till I was sent to Bob…

We just purchased our 4^th Infiniti from Team Infiniti and Bob Bailey! After driving a Mercedes, I wanted to go back to Infiniti for the quality and the low maintenance investment. They are amazing cars!
I live in Santa Clarita and after looking at my local Infiniti dealership, I decided to make the drive to Oxnard (it wasn’t far) and Team Infiniti hooked me up. I choose the Infiniti QX60 Hybrid. It’s a beautiful car and my family loves it.
Bob, Fernando and his team are professionals and just good people. It’s worth the extra drive to deal with professionals who care about their reputation and rely on referral business because they are in it for the long haul.
His team took as much information from me as possible on the phone and my documents were ready when I arrived and my new car was waiting for me at the door.

I leased my G37 this weekend from Team Infinity Oxnard, it was an awesome experience. Chris was my salesman and he was very easy going and made me feel comfortable. My wife and I were looking for a new Infiniti Q50 and we were shopping on price because after all, you can purchase the same vehicle at any Infiniti dealer.
We checked out a few dealerships and were at Team Infiniti in Oxnard about a week ago. The owner came up to us and asked if we were interested in purchasing the Q50. I said that we looked at Thousand Oaks Infiniti, then Bob said that since their dealership is in Oxnard, they could make us a better deal. OK. We thought about it.
A few days ago, we met with with salesman Rick Holmes. Rick is very honest and hard working. He really was nice to deal with. When we made our offer, we had a vehicle that we wanted to trade. We told Rick what we wanted for the new vehicle and what we expected for our trade because we already went to a few other dealers.
To make a long story short, the owner came over and said our vehicle was worth $ 3,000 less than we wanted and were offered. I have received offers from other dealers for what I wanted and also from CarMax. The owner, Bob Bailey they proceeded to ask if we were retired because we are wasting his time and our time. Bob also asked why we just didn’t sell the car to CarMax and purchase his car at invoice. My wife and I looked at each other because Bob really insulted us. How dare he say that we are wasting his and our time.
It’s NONE of his business if we want to shop around for the best deal. If we could save $ 500, that’s more money in our pocket.
My wife and I got up and walked out. We will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Team Infiniti as long as Bob Baily owns the dealership.
I just wish I could have given the salesman my business.

I purchased my G37 from the dealership in Santa Barbara where I live over 4 years ago. 3 months after my purchase the dealership announced that they would no longer be an Infiniti retailer and that I would have to go to Oxnard for warranty work but that maintenance/​service work could still be done in SB. So, because I did not want to drive 45 minutes just for a service/​oil change I decided to take my car in for its first minor service. Well, I was not pleased with the prices for an oil change and the customer service was subpar, very snobby and it did not seem as if they cared as they were now under new management and no longer an Infiniti dealership.
So, I decided to bite the bullet and drive down to Oxnard for my following service. I’m not sure where to start with Team Infiniti of Oxnard! I called to make an appointment with Greg Frain in the service department. He was absolutely wonderful over the phone and even though it was a quick service he was more than happy to provide me with a brand new G37 loaner car while they were working on my car. Because I had to work late that day, I was unable to make it to the dealer before they closed. No problem, Greg told me to keep the car until I could come in. When I went to pick up my car the following day Greg sat me down and went over everything they had done, pricing etc. Honestly Greg is such a sweet guy, very personable, knowledgeable, honest and one of the reasons I had no problem driving to Oxnard. He never pressured me to add on unnecessary service work, suggested several options to save me money and even told me that the oil that I was using was overpriced and suggested a comparable product for a lower price.
On one of my many visits for routine maintenance Greg was assisting another customer so they set me up with a gentleman named Zolly Terry. I was a little apprehensive to be handed off to another service associate because I had had such a wonderful experience with Greg on every visit. Much to my surprise Zolly was just as wonderful and quite a character. Always smiling, always helpful, funny, entertaining while I had to wait, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I was a very satisfied customer. You want to talk about warranty work, he had anything and everything replaced inside and outside of my car, all covered under my warranty. Factory defects that I would have never known about, some so minor, others that would have created problems in the future and emptied my pockets. Brake pads that wore to fast, cup holders that a carwash retailer accidentally broke, steering wheel assembly that had minor scratches, shift knob that had minor scratches, reprogramming my computer until it drove exactly the way I wanted it too, and on and on. Just this week when I was unable to drive to Oxnard to drop of my car, Zolly offered to have a driver come and get my car and leave me a brand new loaner. Once again even the driver, Diane was super sweet and made sure to work around my schedule to insure that I was not inconvenienced, absolutely unbelievable! This is the sort of treatment I would expect to receive if I owned a Porsche or Ferrari, not an Infiniti. They always call me back a couple days after a service to make sure that I am fully satisfied with the work performed. I even went to them recently to have my new tires installed and front bumper painted because I knew that I would receive exemplary treatment! And yes, again they provided me with a brand new G37 to scoot around in while my car was getting her new shoes! I don’t know any tire place or paint shop in the world that would offer you a brand new car to drive for free. Any time I have any problem, complaint or question the guys at Infiniti will always have my problem immediately fixed, and go above and beyond to provide outstanding service! Not to mention that the staff in every department I have dealt with from Sales, Finance to Service and Parts, everyone is wonderful, friendly and well informed. I have to say that my experience alone with this group of people is the main reason that I will be an Infiniti lover for life and will never go anywhere else but Infiniti of Oxnard!!! Love you guys!

Service department: they are very informative and provide a great customer service they went as far providing me a courtesy vehicle when my g37 needed to stay overnight to do some warranty work.

This is by far the best service I have had at an Infiniti dealership and I have been to about 5 of them. Diane is extremely friendly greeting you with a smile and genuine care about how your day and car are doing.
But most of all John Gallagos (sp?), the service rep, is very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and perfectly accurate with his estimated time that things will be done. I have been here twice and dealt with him twice and see no reason to ever go anywhere else to get my car fixed.
Previously I had a few things fixed at another shop in Ventura and the labor rate there was only $ 10 less than that of the dealership. But, at the dealership, you get a loaner car, coffee, cookies, bottles of water, and they finish MUCH faster than the shops I have been to in Ventura. Also they are open on Saturdays which is extremely helpful for most of us so we don’t have to take vacation or sick time to take your car in.

Our M45 broke down just as we pulled into our hotel in Ventura on vacation. Zolly helped us out quick and we were back on our way the next day. Can’t say enough good things about the service we got.

I called a few weeks ago looking for a White/​Tan FX37 AWD Premium package. It doesn’t sound that difficult but there were none available in California. I could get White/​Black but the black interior is simply is not conducive to having a White Long haired Chihuahua. I have no plans on getting rid of the dogs, so my clothes and car need to be dog friendly!!! Bob did a dealer locate right away for me and managed to find me one in Phoenix. He put me in touch with Rob, Justin and Lee to begin the paperwork while doing a Dealer trade with the dealer in Phoenix…
We had some hiccups on our end but they (Team Infiniti) went to battle with Infiniti Motor credit and won. It was really way above and beyond what one can expect from a Dealer and I’m very grateful.
Today we went in to pick up the FX, we named her Queenie. We were expecting to be there for atleast three or four hours… I am in the auto industry and consult on everything from tires and wheels to shipping and this is not my first time in a New Car Store… so speaking from the point of view of being a very experienced buyer I must say hands down Best Dealer Experience Ever… drive the extra miles, they are worth it. I was there for just over an hour, and mainly that was because Rob was teaching us how to use the Nav, set up blue tooth etc… and he’s an Aussie, we are from New Zealand so spent most of our time chatting. Rob was great and he managed to handle my tough personality well. Everyone is super nice, the service director helped me out with some double sided tape so we could stick our Queen Elizabeth on the dash (Ok I know thats a little weird and O.T.T. of us but it’s a inside joke with my Mom and I).
If you are thinking about getting a new car, head over here, they were extremely helpful. I am so happy with this car. I haven’t been this excited about a car since I was 16 and got a Vanilla Ice Ice Baby White 5.0. I spend my life around cars, trucks, etc and usually I couldn’t care less… any car with gas in it is good, but I am in love with this thing. She’s beautiful and they were so helpful in delivering her to me. My Brother is ready to order his 2014 model now and he will also be choosing Team Infiniti. Thanks again Guys!!!

Last week we bought our 3^rd Infiniti. The first two were QX56 and we loved them. My wife wanted something similar but a littler smaller. The JX fit the bill perfectly after a lot of brand comparisons.
We never had a service problem or complaint with the QX56 SUV’s and each were purchased at Infinity of Thousand Oaks. When it came time to make a deal on the new JX. Rob Grimes made the best deal with the most options on the car. He even delivered it to our office in Thousand Oaks.
Rob made the process of acquiring a new vehicle as painless as it can be. If you are looking at an Infiniti I would surely put Rob on your list of guys to call.
