We pride ourselves on serving unique culinary delights, focusing on the Mediterranean areas of Greece with influences of French, Spain, and Italy. We use different spices from all cultures and infuse them into delicious preparations.

Try starting your meal off with our Fire Cracker Shrimp, served spicy with tequila lime mango dipping sauce. For dinner, customers rave about our fall-​off-​the-​bone Kleftiko Lamb, Corvina Sea Bass and our creamy Quattro Formaggio.

History

Established in 2012.

Our restaurant is family owned by the Graffeo Family, original New Yorkers, transplanted in the Antelope Valley since 1987. We have made our home here, and share our culinary backround with all who visit. Recipes and creations have been passed down through our parents and grandparents. We love and enjoy sharing our delicious food creations with all who visit Fresco II!

Moved here from New York in the summer of 1989, family back East have all owned restaurants. I have been in the food industry all my life, and I love making new and exciting dishes, that our customers would enjoy! A graduate from SUNY Old Westbury, Long Island. We have 4 children and they all help with our restaurants. we have made California our home away from home.
