I recently had an ankle surgery and I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Langroudi and his teams service. I was walking in no time. I highly recommend them. Thank you Dr. Langroudi.

Dr. Langroudi is at the top of the game in knowledge and service, his experience and reputation far exceed any expectations. His office is beautifully designed, modern and chic and the staff is also wonderful and knowledgeable. I would recommend any and all friends and family to Dr. Langroudi and his wonderful office for all podiatry needs.

This Podiatrist/​foot /​ankle surgeon group is by far phenomenal! Dr. Langroudi is brilliant, patient and KNOWS feet! He saved me months and months of potential lengthy recoveries by confirming me as a candidate for a relatively new flat foot repair. My previous podiatrist only offered a very lengthy involved surgery with literally almost a year recovery. Dr. Langroudi has trained in state of the art procedures and is an expert of foot and ankle pathologies, reconstruction, repair, etc. I have had 3 procedures performed by him, each one necessary and he is the most patient physician in terms of really «hearing» the patient and addressing any concerns they may have. The staff is excellent, professional and although Dr. Levick was not my doctor, she always says Hello, has a smile and asks me how I’m doing, and I’m not even her patient! This office has its surgical center in same building, and yet also has privileges at St. John’s. In conclusion, Dr. Langroudi is the best physician I have ever dealt with. and I’ve got OB’s, psychiatrists, etc. in my family. He was my second opinion and boy am I glad I found him! You will NOT need a second opinion from anyone if coming here for your foot/​ankle issues. This is one stop shop!

Brought my son to see Dr. Levick for the second time and was very pleased.
The center was clean, with very comfortable chairs in the waiting area. The wait time was very minimal and once we were taken to our room, we were seen right away.
Dr. Levick is very warm and friendly and great with kids. She took x-​rays, figured out the problem (fractured toe) and fitted him with a boot. The entire process was over in less than an hour… and we were on our way.
I’m also in the medical field, so I can appreciate good, caring service.

Dr. Langroudi is the best. I went in there because my feet were in constant pain of being up all day, he explained to me very well how the foot works and treated my feet and now I don’t get tiered of being up all day. Raquel the billing lady was also super nice and helpful, she explained to me how much everything was going to be beforehand. Thanks Dr. Langroudi and staff!!!

I go to the Ventura office to see Dr. Levick for my bunion. I was nervous because I have had bunion surgery (by another doctor) in the past and it came back. I was in a lot of pain. Having been through it before, I knew surgery was my only answer. Dr. Levick talked to me about why my bunion came back, the new proposed surgery, the recovery, AND how to keep it from coming back in the future. My surgery was 2 months ago, not only does my foot feel amazing but it looks amazing! I barely have a scar and recently got back to exercise and feel great! Dr. Levick fit me for custom inserts to help my foot stay perfect forever! I never thought I would have such a great outcome on a «do-​over» surgery. Thank you Dr. Levick! Everyone reading this: go see her!

I love this business! The Oxnard office is close to work and the Ventura office is close to home. The office staff is always smiling, friendly, and helpful. I have always been able to get in for an appointment within a few days of calling and have never waited longer than 15 minutes to see a doctor. I appreciate the careful and thoughtful explanations of procedures to help alleviate my foot pain. I have really appreciated all the doctors have done for me.

I suffered a serious ankle injury four months ago and was referred to Dr. Langroudi’s office. I was impressed each and every visit with the amount of care provided by the Dr. and his staff. Through the Dr.‘s expertise I was able to avoid surgery which I am very happy about. Also, his staff was helpful every step of the way and made me feel comfortable during a very difficult time. I would recommend Dr. Langroudi’s office to anyone who wishes to get great medical care.

This is, by far, the WORST doctor’s office I have EVER been to.
To begin, my family had suggested I see a podiatrist for my tender ankle and my bunion. Prior to my visit, I called my insurance company and made sure I could visit this doctor. I also called Dr. Langrouodi’s office to make sure I would only have a co-​pay and not owe anything additional out of pocket. I called twice a day, three days in a row, trying to get an answer. I was promised a follow-​up phone call, but never received one.
Finally, I called to cancel my first appointment. The next day, Lark, the office manager, called me to apologize for the office’s lack in communication. She assured me that this never happens, nor would it ever happen again. I appreciated her phone call so I gave the office a second chance. SHAME ON ME!
I scheduled an appointment for my visit. The office staff added me as a patient, verified my insurance, took an x-​ray for my sore ankle and casted my foot for orthodics. I thought everything was great but then, all hell broke loose AGAIN!
First, I get charged $ 112. I was told by thier billing lady that is was the amount not covered by my insurance. I figured she knew what she was talking about so I did not question her. You know what they say when you assume! She told me I had a zero balance and that everything was taken care of. Three weeks later, to my surprise, I receive a bill in the mail from Dr. Langroudi’s office saying that I owed almost $ 500 in addition to the $ 112 I already paid plus my $ 20 co-​pay for the orthodics I ordered. I was appalled!
I called and spoke to Lark (again, the office manager) and explained to her exactly what happened. She claimed that the insurance deductible was not met even though two other office staff members assured me that it had been met! Talk about an INCOMPETENT office staff! They tried billing my insurance over $ 1,000.00 for my orthodics which are typically no more than $ 300 or $ 400. Scammers! Then Lark had the nerve to HANG UP ON ME!!! Not once did I raise my voice while speaking to any office staff memebers. I was simply voicing my concerns about the outrageous amount of money they claimed I owed. I tried calling Lark back (thinking, maybe we lost phone service), but Stephanie, the receptionist, would not connect me to her. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism.
This office staff acts like a bunch of 3-​year-​olds who cannot handle a true customer’s concern and situation. Finally, after weeks of unrest, Dr. Langroudi offered to reduce the payment. Not once did they apologize. Not once did they take responsibility for their actions or all the headache they cause me. I just wanted to put this behind me (although, I considered taking them to small claims court since I knew I had recourse).
Best words to drecribe this office: rude, unprofessional, scammers, liars, theives, offensive, immature… and the list goes on.
FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!

After seeing several podiatrists for Mortins Neuroma over the past 4 years and two foot surgeries later, I finally received a recommendation for Dr. Langroudi and I am finally getting the relief I was looking for WITHOUT another surgery!
