I contacted Express about a job and was called back by Charlotte Woods. I sat there for 45 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge me and when they finally did this is what happened… Charlotte scheduled me for an interview with her and when I showed up for the interview she was not there. I was told that she had another appt and, not sure if she forgot or didn’t care, was told to schedule another appt with her. They were not professional at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

This review is of some one who thought they were interviewing for a position with Express themselves as a staffing specialist. The day before my supposed interview Nancy W tried to convince to take a cruddy cold calling job. This is after I stated I was only interested in a position with their company. I drive two hours to find out they want me to sign up for their services which I never wanted to do and was told I could not «meet» with their owner Neil until I did so. At that moment, I knew this was a scam and they were all about making a commission. There was never an interview or position with their company. The interview I had was basically trying to convince their owner to hire me for an imaginary position. I will never do business with an employment agency again and not recommend this office. Dishonest tactics to lure people for any reason is why recruiters and staffers have a bad reputation.

I was recently contacted by Unilocal team and asked to take down my very honest ethical review of the local branch. If you are coming here to get qualified associates whom are screened, drug tested, criminal background checked and E-​verified for the right to work in the US, who are proven to be great associates available for work; look the other way. This is a company and this was my personal experience; this is a forum to voice actual happenings and my customer experience, of which I did. To date, the recruiter we were forced to deal with is no longer at this firm possibly changing the feel for the company. I will never know, as we will never use the service again for any of our locations.
