Meet the Business Owner

Sonia R.

Business Owner

Sonia is an Oxnard native and first came to Quest in 1990 as a Placement Coordinator. In 1992, she went to work for a Nationwide staffing firm with a very busy office as an Office Manager. In 1995, Sonia returned to Quest as the Operations Manager and over time bought out the other shareholders. In 2007, she took complete control of Quest Staffing Services. Her success is due to the extreme commitment to the community and the ability to listen to both her clients and applicants in ensuring quality placements. Sonia is blessed by a professional staff with awesome skills and extraordinary commitment and whose focus is on connecting applicants with rewarding jobs. Since 2007, Quest has been named in the Top 12 Staffing Services in the tri counties.
