Not only do they price match so you get the best deals, but you get the best customer service as well. I always come here for tire rotations and wheel alignments, and they always cater to my extra little requests. The only downside is that service takes a little longer here than some places.

This was my first time being in the market for new tires and I’m so glad I came here. I talked to a Kyle at the front desk and I had him compare a bunch of tires and wheels and it didn’t seem like it bothered him at all (unlike other places I tried). Then I can back the next day with an appointment and they said it would take about an hour. WOW! I was outta there in 45 min.
Kyle was also super helpful with helping me find different suspension packages.
Will definitely be coming back in the future; great product, great customer service, really quick.

In the last six months my 2007 Mazda has been in for 4 tires (coupons), Battery, and yesterday a slow tire leak. Tip: Say «Yes» to the Tire insurance, I had a sidewall puncture and a new tire was FREE. I checked the online COUPONS and added a OL&F, and Drum/​Break job that I knew was needed. I crossed the flashing crosswalk to have tri-​tip lunch and my car was soon finished. Their time management is great. I recommend you give Big Brand Tire at Oxnard all your automotive business; they believe in customer satisfaction.

I really don’t like going to new tire shops. I’m very comfortable with my own shops and relationships I have. With that said, I was visiting family and Oxnard when I got a flat tire. Frustrated with trying to find someone I can trust out here, I decided to give big brand a shot.
All I have to say is: I wish every auto shop would follow the example this store displays, excellent customer service and very well knowledge. I would definitely recommend this as the only tire shop my parents should come to. Make sure you ask for Globani and I’m sure you’ll be treated well.

I have worked in several auto repair stores. Recently I relocated to Channel Islands Harbor away from Ventura where I was really ‘connected’ with repair stores. I had a flat tire and was advised by AAA not to drive the car very far. I went to Big Brand on Oxnard Blvd and they took care of the tire, free of charge. When I drove my 450 SL Mercedes away the muffler was rattling badly. I brought the car back, they decided the lift has loosened part of the muffler system. They took the car to a muffler repair store where the car was fixed in less than 15 min. When you own a vintage car, it is very very important to have vendors who can service your vehicle. Heads up to Juan!!!

Good experience. Fixed a leak on an alloy wheel where they had to grind the wheel for free. Then I purchased a set of tires from The Tire Rack which they shipped in to Big Brand for installation on my RV.
Big Brand did a superlative job for $ 69, and a precision alignment. I feel this is a very competent and we’ll run operation.

All expensive for the quality of work they did on my car. got a brake fluid flush, they didn’t even filled my reservoir to safe levels, I won’t be going there again. I don’t recommend this place.

Been there a few times and every time you come out paying MORE than what you went in for! I went in for 2 tires and they said the lug was stripped and it would be $ 80 more to get it off. Funny, we had it off the night before and put it on fine! Last week, took my daughter’s car in for $ 69.99 alignment at 2:30 and they said it wasn’t the alignment, it needed a kit to straighten it out! Took 2 hours to tell us it wasn’t the alignment and said the kit job would take about an hour. FINALLY at 6:30 and $ 280 later the car was done!!! Know what you need and want before you get there!!! Mechanics are like car salesmen, sneaky and slimy!!!

I bought tires here this morning. I got quick and helpful polite service getting the right tire for my car. I spent almost $ 200 less than what I was expecting and also got my alignment done. Don’t forget to ask for your military discount! It’s 5% and sometimes not as good as the deal they are giving you so have them show you. I was in and out in just about an hour. Pretty good for just driving up without an appointment on a Friday!

This tire shop is the place to go. I stopped by the shop after some training that I had (I am not from the area) and I Unilocaled this of course :) I picked this place due to the good reviews and i must say these people are good. Very costumer service oriented very quick and very helpful. I am not sure who the gentlemen where that were working but kudos to them.

My 3rd time here. Really good for oil change, wheel balancing, and general customer service.
But today they were extremely backed up. Luckily I had nothing better to do. After 2:30 hours job is done, job itself took 30 mins. 2 hours waiting…
