Amazing place for Fresh cupcakes. You will not get disappointed.

Sold! Stopped here twice now for cupcakes. Have tried the Strawberry, Vanilla, Bananas Foster, and Mocha/​Toffee somethin-​somethin (a chocolate-​based cupcake). The cakes themselves are very moist. The icings are nice, not too sweet. My fave of all being the Martha’s Vineyard Strawberry. I’ll be a regular when i pass by this shopping center, to try more flavors… hope they rotate often :)

These cupcakes are on the top of the cupcake list! So moist and flavorful! Stopped in to purchase some for an event and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I will make this my «go to» desert location from this day forward.

This is my go to bakery. Whether I need a cake for an occasion or just craving a cupcake this is where I end up. There are multiple flavors too choose from. These cakes are more than the typical Sam’s club cake for an occasion, but definitely worth the price.

I’ve been meaning to do a review on this place for a while now. I have tried several things from here from the sweet potato pie, yellow cake with chocolate icing, to the cookie dough cupcakes. EVERYTHING is good and this place is addictive! I’m yet to find another bakery to match the quality and taste that their products have.

The best cupcakes I’ve ever had. They come in a variety of flavors. My fav is the french toast. The cup cakes are moist and the icing is amazing! They also have cakes that area really yummy too.

If there were more stars they would get it. I was in town for my mom’s birthday. My sister ordered the cake because she is local. Oh my goodness! That pull apart cake (cupcakes made to look like a cake) was delish!!! I had another one 2 days later and it was just as fresh & tasty. I wanted to take one for the flight but exercised self-​control. Their information will be added to my contacts for future visits. I’ve found my Baltimore bakery!!! YUM!

Their cakes, cupcakes, pies any desserts they have are always moist, delicious and fresh.

Yummo! Trying to stay away from sweets… every now and again a little treat is necessary. I bought a half dozen cupcakes for a friend’s bachelorette spa day and usually travel a distance to get cupcakes from another highly recommended bakery. My sis in law comes here often so I decided to try it out.
That salted caramel cupcake with the pretzel on top. Sweet Jesus. It was worth every calorie lol. The first bite was heaven. It was so moist and scrumptious. They have a variety of flavors (6 cupcakes for $ 15, not bad for gourmet), but that one has to be my fav. I saw another Unilocaler say something about a sweet potato cupcake… I’m not ready. On my next cheat day I hope to get one.
It is located in the shopping center next to a few other shops and Safeway so there is plenty of parking. I believe they cater just like every other bakery. Pastries, cakes, cookies and more. Enjoy!!!

I think their cupcakes are amazing. Moist, with an icing that’s not overly sweet. I’ve been getting cupcakes here for years, since they were in the malls. The customer service is average, but the variety and taste of the cupcakes make up for it.
They left a sour taste in my mouth, when I had them bake my daughters birthday cake. It was so dry, I pondered if it had been previously frozen. I also asked for a certain design, and when I arrived they brought me out a plain cake. I was really frustrated because I drove about an hour to pick it up. They told me, they didn’t notice that a design was requested and it would take about 30 minutes to create the design, but I didn’t have time to wait. I was very disappointed in the differences in taste and quality between their cupcakes and baked cakes. Or, maybe they just gave me a previously frozen one, since many people seem to have not had the same problem.

When I first tried Fresh cupcakes at an event, I saw cupcakes fireworks. I had to get back out to that bakery and get more!
Fast forward a year or so later. I took some free time to pay Fresh a visit.
Good, solid, rich, square cupcakes (not as amazing as I remember) with most of the flavor in the icing. The other bakery items in the front case are hit or miss…
The southern style bread pudding was terrible. I literally felt as if a pack of mini rolls was stuffed into a container with pudding poured over it and was refrigerated. Lots of bread, little to no pudding. Maybe I don’t know the difference between regular bread pudding and southern style? My dad said it was good. His nickname is Mikey, «He’ll eat anything!»
I tasted my sister’s strawberry shortcake. It was my favorite of all. The cake was good, The cream was fluffy and sweet, but not sickeningly sweet. The strawberries could have been sweeter (not as tart) but it was doable. I would have like the cake layers to be a bit bigger to even out with the amount of cream that was in the container.
They offer mini cupcakes (pre ordered).
Overall, it’s a great cupcake place. If you are in the area, it’s worth a visit.

Wow!!! Great service and the sweets are even more amazing! The strawberry shortcake melts in your mouth. The cupcakes are soooo moist. The quiche is so delicious and savory. The bread pudding is just like my grandma used to make. The sweet potato pie is phenomenal!!! You can tell the chefs love their job and are passionate about this place!!!

Great local bakery. Skip the grocery store for your next occasion and get your dessert here!
My wife and I have been coming to Fresh Bakery more often in recent months, and have tried their cupcakes, pull apart cakes, and drinks. All of these have been splendid.
The pull apart cake was a hit at a company bridal shower, and my wife drinks the ice tea like her life depends on it.
I’m a huge fan of the cupcakes. Down those things so fast! The mocha is fresh roasted wonderfulness.
So happy to have such wonderful local bakery in Owings Mills!

These cupcakes are amazing. expensive but worth the splurge ever once in a while. The coffee they sell though is ehhh. I love the peanut butter flavor. I have not tried pies yet but will soon.

I love this bakery! I am rarely in the area but when I do I always make it a point to drop in and grab some bread pudding.
This is one of the only bakeries in the area that truly gives off the «fresh baked goods» vibe. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a waft of sugar and spices. You can tell that the goods are freshly baked in house all day. Even if you come in right before closing the cupcakes and whatever else on display is still fresh soft and delicious.
All of the staff members are always very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely love the cupcakes here. I have found the other display case items (cakes, cobblers, pies) to be mediocre but the the cupcakes are really really great. We had the Martha’s Vineyard (strawberry) and The Great Lakes (lemon) at our wedding in lieu of a wedding cake (my wife loves the MV and I love the GL) — they went over huge. One guest told me she’s never really been a fan of «fancy cupcakes» but ours were the best she’d ever had. People still ask me where we got the cupcakes for our wedding from!
I really miss the Arundel Mills location as we now have to trek up to Owings Mills for our fix, but it’s always worth it.

Lord have mercy. I don’t think you can go wrong with any flavor of cupcake you choose.
I’m gonna need them to expand! I live in the city and its getting to be ridiculous traveling so far for some dag on cupcakes. Lol

The cupcakes and cakes are just as fresh as the name on the sign. My favorite is the lemon coconut cake. It’s 4 layers of deliciousness

I waiver between three and four stars. We have been several times and ordered an assortment of a dozen cupcakes each time. There is inconsistency each time we go with the freshness and flavor, even moistness. Don’t get me wrong, some of their cupcakes are delicious. Others fall short. And from one time to the next too for a popular flavor. For example my favorite is red velvet, first time it was wonderful. Second time a bit dry. Most recent time a bit better.
Coffee is good. No complaints. Tried a few pastries but they were pretty plain that I can’t even recall them, it has been too long. Service has always been pleasant. Normally young college girls.
I so want to be able to give four or five stars bc a great cupcake is much needed in this area. We will probably stop in again when we are craving a cupcake. They are conveniently located.

I love snacks, which is such a major problem. I have been coming here for a while now and I just go to get either a cup cake or two, or a slice of cake… or two. Anywho, this last time I went, I wasn’t happy with my slices of cake. They were hard and not fresh. I figure for $ 5 a slice, you should at least get fresh slices. If it weren’t for that I would have given them 5 starts. The cake is good and taste like a wedding cake recipe, unless you get something like humming bird cake or another type other that the typical cake flavors. All in all, the dessert place is expensive, but the slices are a nice size (not $ 5 nice, but nice).
