I can’t believe I’m rating a McDonald’s. That said, this is the worst McDonald’s in the area. The employees that hand out the food are rude and have the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. It’s not my fault you work at a fast food restaurant. Rather than being irritated at paying customers, be irritated at yourself for working at McDonald’s, and find another job. T

This is my least favorite McDonald’s location. I have had the longest drive-thru wait of my life at this one. I have finished my drive-thru order only to be told that they can only take cash that day. A day when I was not carrying any. I’ve had subpar menu items from this one. You know how when you get an item from different locations over the years and sometimes it’s off. That usually happens at locations attached to rest stops. This place is in Overland Park, where the franchisees generally do it right. There’s no excuse.

Below was a post I gave a very poor rating. The management and owners adjusted the situation and changed the stations in the store promptly. Straight sports and they said they were working on the weather channel. I’m impress with their attention to a major concern not only in that store but around this country. Thanks for taking a middle ground McDonalds. I’ve changed my rating for you. Fox news… I kindly asked the front desk person if they could switch the station on at least one of the tv’s. poor things. looked at me with a blank stare asked around to each other and determined they are not allowed to change the stations… soooo. i contacted the 800 number, got on Unilocal and said. basically what the hell? you want to force all of your customers to watch not even a news channel but rather a propoganda stations full of lies… I remained nice, reported it. why can’t we stand up and say, don’t disrespect me and force your view points down my throat… I guess I won’t be coming here in any more. not that I should be at a mcdonalds anyway„ yet they seem to be marketing themselves for healthier foods so I figure give em a chance after all the poison they’ve filled their foods with for years around the world… the address here is11000 quivera rd., overland park, KS66210. just give your employees a little empowerment to give customers an options, don’t hold us hostage, we don’t have to come here and spend our money… let’s see what the response is? their number is 800.244.6227 if you want to call their corporate offices and voice your opinion… by the way beautiful design of the restaurant and good service but don’t cram your false tv beliefs down my throat. I received fast, somewhat friendly service when I dropped in for breakfast. The employees were efficient, and seemed to enjoy working with each other. The interior was clean, and fairly new, since the store was remodeled a few years ago. Nothing to complain about here.

My sister and I went to McDonald’s and it was really busy but we didn’t mind at all because as a person who used to work in fast food I know it’s not easy especially if it’s busy. Anyways, as soon as we went to the first window after waiting in line for 10 mins. The lady in the first window was really rude and obviously was not happy that it was busy. My sister didn’t give her any attitude because she understood her frustration. The lady still being disrespectful and having this smirk in her face was giving my sister and i this evil glare. Still we didn’t say anything because I felt like she didn’t appreciate us there. As we were waiting for the line to keep moving, she was talking to one of her co-workers cursing about the customers and just kept saying the f word a lot. Then I knew I didn’t feel welcome at all. Finally, we got to the second window and the lady told us that they were out of the frappé that we ordered. We only ordered two frappé and two fries. My sister finally gave up and just asked for a refund. As we were waiting to get our refund, everybody in their were laughing and just taking their time. Finally, we got our refund and left. I have never felt so unwelcome before until I went here. This isn’t really the first time they had bad customer service. The night crew are so disrespectful unlike the morning crew. I’m just happy I got a refund and I will not be going back here again until I see change.

I don’t hit McD’s on a regular basis, but, this one is the closest to home, and we’ll sometimes drive thru if we’re road-tripping or if nothing else is open. They meet the basic requirements there — the orders are accurate and the food is hot. 24 hour drive-thru is convenient.

This is an average McDonald’s. The food is relatively consistent, with only a few really bad experiences to speak of. Service is quick, no buts about it. I enjoy this McDonald’s and its proximity to my place. A-Ok, but nothing to really set it apart from other McDs in the area. For those interested, there is a large outdoor playpen that looks really fun!
