We offer full service property management for a range of properties including investment properties and owner occupied properties. These services include but are not limited to:

Advertising your Property (Includes photos)

Applicant Pre-​Qualification and Criminal Background Checks

Show property to prospective tenants (Vacancies will only be filled with owner approval)

Draft leases and attend signing of lease by tenant

Rent collection and bank deposit to owners (5 business days after collection)

Maintenance under $ 250 will be completed and billed to owner

Projects in excess of $ 250 requires owner approval (7.5% contractors fee)

Transmit any necessary legal documentation, including eviction and court costs

**Costs to fill vacant units are included in the application fee of $ 50 paid by applicants. Owner does not pay KCPMG for these services. Free Tenant Placement is a service provided in the management contract.

Our team leader is an expert in investment real estate and property management in the Kansas City Metro Area. As a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School and the University of Kansas, Gordon has an astute knowledge of Kansas City Metro real estate. Mr. Rock has invested in properties in both the KC Metro and the Denver Metro with great success. With a professional background in the service industry, and the banking industry, Gordon is a very savvy individual, whom harbors a well balanced, and versatile skill-​set.
