My turkey sandwich had plenty of fresh toppings, and delicious bread, but the amount of turkey was on the low end of acceptable. The service was fast, and friendly, while the dining area was clean, and fairly new, with good background music.

Ordered #15, Tuna club. I’m not sure if the tuna was bad or just a poor brand but it was horrid. It’s a sandwich shop, not much else to say beyond that. Subway is better, honestly. At least when it comes to tuna.

It is silly to charge a dollar for avocado spread. I got an unwich with no mayo and it would still have been a dollar. They probably saved that on bread.

Jimmy Johns shot themselves in the foot today!
We had a big office order d/​t our cafeteria being redone. Like a 200 dollar order and they refused to deliver to us because we were 2 blocks out of their delivery zone. Mr. Goodscents, who is across the street from them, was more than happy to bring us lunch and continue bringing us lunch til the new cafeteria is open.

I love JJ’s. I order the Beach Club sans mayo and cucumbers, and it always hits the spot. Service here is always lightning fast and friendly. It’s right around the corner, so this is a regular stop when I am on my own for dinner.

I’ve heard wonderful things about this place from several people and really have no idea why.
Ordered sandwiches from here a couple weeks ago. At a friends request, I tried the vegetarian. It was basically lettuce, sprouts, tomato, a little avocado and a couple slices of provolone on some really long, really dense sub roll. Another friend got a turkey sandwich that was jut mainly bread. I thought I might have just been too overly picky, until my husband (who likes Subway — I don’t — and will eat just about anything) told me that he had a really basic, boring Roast Beef sandwich here.
I just don’t understand the hype. I didn’t hate my sandwich but it was just as my husband said… basic and boring. won’t be rushing back any time soon.
