The minute they had my information they wanted to run my credit before even meeting or speaking with me. They also told me there was no difference with a pre-​qualification and a pre-​approval which there is. I think I will pass this one by.

Ryan Klutz was our agent and did a terrific job. We closed quickly and the level of effort was terrific. I don’t know how communications could have been any better and he was the consummate gentleman. What I want to say most is that HomeDirect, and specifically, Ryan, came in on our Veterans Affairs (VA) loan below everyone else on the first offer. He put forward his best and didn’t try and haggle his way to a loan by just slightly undercutting the competition and saved us several hundred each month on our loan and that honesty was appreciated. If you want a great offer, the first time, without having to try and shop around HomeDirect is able to deliver. Flawless.

I cannot honestly say that I wouldn’t use this company again, I would STRONGLY recommend that you read through the numerous online reviews and select an agent of this company who is mentioned several times by name (like the one below) in a positive light and ask for them specifically. The agent we had was, in my kind opinion, poor. The process was more lengthly and difficult than it needed to be… primarily because of him.

He kept us informed through the entire transaction and answered any and all questions promptly. The cost of our home loan was far below, even the best quote, of several leading competitors. The ENTIRE loan was done from within our home making the process all that much easier.
