Express Locks is specifically for persons needing express (fast) service, especially auto and home lockouts. Though other services are provided like rekeying home or business locks; sometimes people need that today and not scheduled next week. I made that my intent from the start, to be there for people when the others are too busy or closed.

I’m Chris and I own Express Lock Service. I chose the name Express to describe very exactly the service I want to give people: quick and immediate for persons needing their car unlocked ASAP or their home rekeyed today rather than scheduled for next week. It does require limiting what services are offered (only lockouts and rekeys), but the benefit is I can avoid (almost always) having to say «Sorry I’m too busy just now to come immediately».

What’s especially important is everything’s upfront so consumers can make an informed choice. I’ve seen how some businesses steal people’s chance to make an informed choice, and I want to be the exact opposite of that. Most locksmith services don’t require that the locksmith see the locks first as some companies claim (to excuse keeping their prices hidden). Also I’m not going to say «I’ll be there in 15 minutes» unless I think that’s a realistic ETA.
