History

Established in 2011.

My wife and I have always dream of opening up our own taste of true El Salvadorean food. Her, being born and raised in the beautiful land of El Salvador she has been longing to open up something of her own. Well, we finally got our chance after 3 long years of pulling every dollar together we were able to start our dream. We first opened our doors on Oct 20th of 2011 to the Downtown Overland Park population, just wanting to give them a chance to see what Central America really taste like. With the help of my Brother In-Law Jonathan, we have been able to run a smooth operation for little less than 5 months now, but the people our talking and pupuseria is rolling.

Business Owner

I have been cooking since I was 13 years old, I just love changing the way people think of food and introducing true Latin American flavor to those who have know idea what it really is. I slowly rose from restaurant to restaurant to become an Executive Chef. My wifes dream was to always own her own place to share the flavors of her home country, so in 2011 we opened our first restaurant in Downtown Overland Park. Now that we are on our 3rd year we are still kicking out knew dishes with that true El Salvadorean flavor.
