Excellent Massage from Emily, definitely recommend her to anyone going to Salon Mode for a Massage. Discovered they offer couples massage also.
Wonderful atmosphere, nice touch that you can’t hear what’s going on in Salon while you’re in the Spa area, helps to allow relaxation!

New in town, I was looking for a stylist who could help me work out how to color my hair (I’m getting grays, so I’ve gotta do something, but what??), and a salon where I would feel comfortable — I hate those snooty, «You’re not cool enough to be here» attitudes that I’ve run into at some Aveda establishments.
I’m happy to report that that is definitely not the case at Salon Mode! They are quick to answer the phone and booking an appointment is not an exercise in feeling inferior. I’ve seen Courtney for a cut and color twice, and I’ve been welcomed by the reception desk and offered a drink, and she seems to run on time — no sitting up front for 20 minutes with a magazine, wondering if my stylist has somehow gotten lost.
For both cut and color, Courtney has been great. I’ve brought her some pictures, but she has really helped me understand what can and can’t be done color-​wise, and has also helped me embrace my curly hair, making it lower maintenance! While it’s a little tedious to spend so much time waiting for color to set, Courtney always makes sure I’ve got a couple of magazines. And the scalp and hand massage during the shampoo is divine!
Product-​wise, she asks me what I’ve been using and suggests a few things that she uses on my hair, but there’s no hardcore sales pitch. The boyfriend has started seeing her as well, and I’ve just referred a friend to Courtney too. Sooo, do I get a free haircut or something?
In short, I don’t know about other services here (nails in particular seem pretty pricey), but I’ll definitely keep coming to Salon Mode for my hair. And if you’re a new customer, check their website for coupons!

My husband and I had couple’s massages here recently and we were very impressed. Both of our massages were incredibly relaxing (definitely the best massage I’ve ever had). The only downfall was that they were late with starting our appointment and the massage time seemed to be cut a bit short as well; we had booked for hour long massages and were done after about 50 minutes. Other than that, it was a great experience!

The received a hair cut by one of the master stylist. She was super friendly however did a terrible job on my hair. She promised a long inverted bob. My hair was neither. A month later I went to a different salon and the lady asked who cut my hair and then showed me that my hair was uneven across the back and that it was an inch longer on one side than the other. I e-​mailed salon mode about my visit. They did no respond back. I am very upset with the lack of compassion for their customers.

I came off the street without an appointment and they squeezed me in for a 2 hour manicure and pedicure. Worth the time and money for a very pleasurable experience. Hailey my manicurist and host was extremely pleasant and was always checking with me if I was satisfied with the service throughout. I will make Salon Mode my place to be on a monthly basis. Have already made my appointment for June. It’s the best salon I have been to yet. A+ in my book. A man that is hard to please! A place you can get lost in for the day if you wish to spoil yourself with more than the hands and feet. essentials.

I have tried twice to schedule a massage here and both times they have called me the day of to cancel due to issues with the massage therapists. I am very disappointed I bought a groupon for this place.
