All the staff are very friendly and Knowledgeable. They treat myself as a family member would. Yvette has been very helpful, and Danny does great work. I like everyone there.

We purchased a vehicle recently and was amazed at how smooth everything went. Joey and Roy were extremely helpful not to mention knowledgable in every vehicle we test drove. The care we received was very impressive. Aaron the sales manager totally rocked our deal without the hassle of back and fourth negotiations. Joey and Aaron made our experience pleasurable.(Roy was off that day). We recommend Oro Dam Auto! We will be back.

My new Prius was due for its 6 month check up. I was in on time and out within their estimate. Danny was very friendly and helpful.

Poor customer service and lack of concern for quality work in the service department.
I took my 2007 Chevy Colorado in to get an oil change today. After the oil change I opened the hood to find oil all over inside engine compartment. Evidently during the service something happened which resulted in oil being sprayed inside the engine compartment. Instead of cleaning up the mess, the truck was presented to me as finished and ready to go.
When I brought the truck back in to be cleaned up the service department acted as if it was no big deal. Mistakes like a loose oil cap, etc. are bound to happen, but when a business doesn’t care enough to clean up a mess that says something about the quality of their work and their work ethic.

I had previously talked to my wonderful sales rep Joey Spada and had told him what style of car I was looking for and what my budget range was. Now I didn’t think that they would be able to finance me, or have a car that was within my budget, so I didn’t have very high hopes when I walked in there Saturday. But Joey had pretty high hopes for me and had searched their inventory and found a car that was similar to the style I wanted and within my budget, and had her waiting for me! We took her for a test drive, I loved her but I still wasn’t getting my hopes up because I didn’t think they would be able to finance me. But thanks to Aaron in financing and Joey they were able to get me financed! I love my new car, thank you so much Joey for finding her for me, and thank you Aaron for getting me financed! I highly recommend Oro Dam Auto Center, and definitely recommend you go see Joey Spada, he’s the best! Thank you Joey!

Bought a lightly used vehicle in December. I was recommended by a friend who had a positive buying experience from them. No real complaints over the purchase of the vehicle. Then today, the car lost power twice while driving on the freeway. I took it to the nearest dealership where they determined the Transmission Control Module (TCM) had gone out (the car is now two years old). Now, while the parts and the labor are covered, the rental car (because they don’t have the part) will cost me. When I called the dealership today to discuss my options with them. I was told that unfortunately, due to liability, they couldn’t offer me a loaner vehicle for the night. Instead I was told that I could drive my car home (insert eye rolling) or I could rent a vehicle. I’m no attorney — but what do you suppose the liability of putting a woman and her 5-​yr old child into a small car that loses power while driving is??? It’s been less than 4 months since I spent over $ 10k — maybe it’s asking too much to expect that I not have to spend money for a rental car.

We bought a new Toyota Tundra, 4×4, manual 6sp, today. We were very pleased with our shopping experience. Michael James Tucker took great care of us, going above and beyond the call of duty. They did not have the truck we went in for, but he located one, and had it delivered promptly (and earlier than expected) this afternoon.
The customer service atmosphere was light, and friendly. Financing was a breeze! When we went in yesterday when and started our adventure, Roy made it a lot of fun. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. Our whole buying experience was painless and easy. Going back in the very near future for a new Corolla, and you can bet we will be looking for the same crew… Job well done everyone!

I took my 2008 Tundra in for two services, an oil change and the tires rotated and balanced. I had received three coupons in the mail from the dealer. 1. Oil change $ 24.95, 5 qts oil 2. $ 49.95, tires rotated and balanced, regular price according to their employee. 3. 15% senior discount. The employee took the oil change coupon and told me the price of the oil change would be $ 51.00, an extra $ 24.95 for the extra 3 qts of oil needed for my truck. I told him I also wanted my tires rotated and balanced. I was informed I could only use one coupon. I was NOT told the tires would be rotated as a courtesy as I bought the truck from this dealer. I learned that when I read my receipt later. I was charged $ 49.95 for them to balance my tires as the rotation should have been a courtesy. Via phone the service manager offered to reduce the balancing to $ 39.95. I was not happy with that offer. My total invoice was $ 97.48 including tax of $ 1.90. I decided to use my 15% senior discount of $ 14.62 since I could only use ONE coupon and paid $ 82.86. In my opinion I was overcharged and I will not recommend this business in the future.3/18/2015 Nina c

I just recently bought a 2014 chevrolet sonic hatchback from oro dam auto center. The customer service is excellent! They stayed after hours just to get my deal right with the bank. Joey treated me with great customer service! The prices are very competitive with all the competition around the area. No need to go anywhere else!

On January 31^st we bought a new Camry.

Prior to finding out about Oro Dam Auto Center we shopped around the San Jose area and got a quote from a broker. The price difference made it worth the 3 hour drive there!
Aaron from Oro Dam Auto Center checked their inventory and called other dealerships for a dealer exchange/​trade to no avail. One was ordered exactly how we wanted it, and in about 5 weeks it was delivered. Todd handled the transaction.
It is worth noting that we received calls when the car was being built, when it was in transit, and about 2 days prior to delivery.

Went in looking for a used truck, they didn’t have what I was looking for out front, but Josh was very diligent in the fact that he did some looking around to see what might be elsewhere on the lot. He introduced us to Brian, an inventory guy, who was able to tell us about a few trucks that would be available soon. He was also very knowledgeable about different vehicles we asked about (that I had seen for sale at different locations) and was super friendly and gave us tips on what to look out for. If they had what I was looking for, I definitely would have purchased from them… I’m going with 4 stars because I didn’t get to experience an actual purchase, but I will recommend them as their customer service was outstanding! Who knows, maybe I’ll get that cool Stingray they have parked inside! :)

I am going to post this in two places since both Benny Brown Ford and Oro Dam Auto worked the deal. Our cars are our work vehicles for our animals we have bought quite a few from Oroville Ford, the time came we wanted a fun no dog car to drive around. We are very big on shopping local since we own a small store in Oroville. We gave Vince a call and we thought maybe we would get a Cadillac again. Turns out they no longer sell Cadillac but Vince was wiling to help me find one somewhere else. I said no, I really want to buy it from a dealer in town. After some brainstorming he located a beautiful Camaro SS, worked a dealer trade, had it delivered, and it was as easy as can be. The hard part was waiting for it to be delivered. We will always use Benny Brown Ford or Oro Dam Auto for our service and buying needs.

Excellent customer service at the service department. Will NOT go anywhere else again to get my van service for any repairs! Love them…
