I visited this location shortly after it arrived in Baldwin Park. The service was really slow as the staff seemed to still be figuring out how to run the machines. There was an advertisement for the YF app, so I downloaded it while I was waiting. When I showed the employee when I was checking out so that I could get a «credit» or «punch,» the employee told me this location didn’t have the app capabilities yet. I got the yogurt with strawberries blended in. I was really disappointed in the texture of the yogurt. It was grainy. The taste was fine but I wasn’t able to get past the texture, so I didn’t finish it. Bummer. Maybe I’ll go back and try it again. I hope the kinks will have been worked out and it’s a better experience.

I would’ve ordered something, but as soon as I came in the environment was uncomfortable. There were kids being loud and skateboarding around the store. It was very unprofessional of the employee present at the time to basically let these kids trash the location.

By far my favorite froyo place! Their strawberry cheesecake usensation is amazing!!! My son’s favorite is the French vanialla soft serve(all though they don’t have this all the time) It is much different than the usual froyo places but in my opinion it’s more sanitary, the froyo is 1000000 times better than other brands and the atmosphere is clean, friendly & fun!

Yogen Fruz is not DIY but rather instead in the Pinkberry style — pick your yogurt size, flavor/s and toppings and they’ll construct it for you. A little pricey, but my cookies and cream yogurt was good and they do give a decent amount of toppings for the price. Biggest disappointment was they were out of every fruit I asked for. Okay, okay, twist my arm, I’ll have a chocolate fest :) Store is clean and bright, and the staff was friendly. Outdoor patio seating is available too. They weren’t on when we were there, but it looks like there’s a yogurt shop chatroulette of sorts set up near the entrance — four iPads and a map of their international locations. We should have asked about it. If anyone knows what this really is, I’m dying to know.

Yogurt was delish but the staff was a little on the downer side. I understand it was the end of a holiday weekend but we got out into the rain to grab yogurt there! In their defense… They let us try all the flavors we wanted and it was late

First time was ok. You can’t choose what ever you want. Within the past month I went back twice and both times they were closed(although their hours on the door stated they were open) I guess fourth time is a charm???

I do not enjoy this place. I’ve gone twice in case the first time was a fluke. Though the staff was friendly, the whole concept is confusing and slow. On both occasions, everyone in line was confused about what to do, where the line was, and what was available to order. I found myself very aggravated by the experiences. This is not a simple froyo family night out.
