I have never had a problem using them. They are always courteous and quick.

If there was a zero stars option… that’s what I would’ve picked. It started out, s that my husband brought a few suits to be dry cleaned as well as altered (button/​hem). On the day of pick up they were pressed but not altered, so my husband agreed to come back a few days later but he paid to settle up. I had the honors to go and pick up the suits on the said day… big surprise they weren’t ready. I won’t bore you with details but there was a lot of scrambling, huffing and eye rolling. So I agreed to come back «in the evening» the next day.
When I arrived the worker was smoking a cigarette outside, he finished his smoke then got the remaining clothes but at this point he demanded $ 10.00. At this point it was a moot point to scream «here’s my receipt my husband paid». I gave into the hostage negotiations and handed over 10.00. Should I of demanded an itemized receipt, yes. I just wanted to leave and never return again. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and never had any problems. The place does look a little run down and unorganized, but they always have our clothes clean, undamaged and ready for pickup by the date promised which is all that really matters when it comes to dry cleaners. The gentleman who is often working the counter is usually on the phone, smoking outside or seems occupied with something else but promptly comes to help you when you enter the door. Their prices are reasonable, though not the cheapest but they are conveniently located so that makes up for it. Don’t judge this place by their looks as they really do a good job.

They are so chill when you bring them clothes that are practically destroyed.
I had a suit and jacked that I almost threw away and they fixed and cleaned like Brandy NEW!
