Ramon’s THE GUY!
I came here on a whim while killing some time in the mall. I had had my eye on the adorable Vans/​ASPCA slipons with a dog print (YES, DOGS) that I had seen in a magazine and stopped by to see if they had so I could try on.
First of all, I’m way past the age of their typical customer but immediately upon entry, Ramon was so friendly and greeted me offering his assistance. I told him about the shoe I was looking for and he immediately knew what I was talking about. He showed me the one with cats (YES, CATS) and said that, unfortunately, they didn’t have the dog print but that I could try on and he could special order (this is after finding out they weren’t available in any of the other locations in town). I told him I had to be somewhere so if he could be quick I would so appreciate it. So he pulled out 2 sizes for me to try. I figured out my size (they’re in mens sizes) and he started the transaction for a mail order. I would say that he had everything processed in 10 minutes, TOPS. He assured me that if I decided to return them, I could bring them in with no issues and even gave me his name for reference. That was on a Tuesday. I literally received the shoes 1 WEEK later (thank you, free shipping) all the way from California and they’re purrrrrrrfect!
This was exemplary customer service and someone going above and beyond. And I cannot wait to sport my new shoes!
