This place was a MISTAKE! Wish they would close or new management would take over. No excuse why a place like this should be serving people food. Food is disgusting and tastes like things are reheated and reused. Only had one person talk to us and that was to ask what drink we wanted. Later, my boyfriend who is allergic to shrimp started feeling itchy so we asked the guy in the front if there was shrimp in the egg rolls and he started yelling NONONO shrimp! Didn’t even let us explain why we were asking. Service and food is extremely low quality. Felt sick after leaving this place. PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE don’t waste your money or time here. You will regret! Also they automatically charge you 18% gratuity without telling you even if you’re dining with 2 people or alone!

If I can rate none star, I would like to do that. I eat out with my friends today, and I got a diarrhea. It made me stay at hotel all day and I can do nothing but spent my time in the restroom.

We had dim sum. Do not try the dim sum. The congee was good and everything tasted alright but you can tell that a lot of the food was old. I don’t recommend anyone going here. If you do, just don’t eat the dim sum.

Bad services. The waitress did not even say a word during my whole time here. Food is not bad… Don’t come

This place is disgusting. Period. 3bites in I was feeling dizzy. It has a very bad vibe inside. Food looks like it has been reheated for a week. I had a 2 foot long black hair in my food. Also. The buffet says 10.95. We got up and left after 5 mins. The guy has the nerve to charge the 2 of us 30 bucks! They automatically add their own gratuity even for 1 person. Even at 10.95 a buffet it only comes to 22. We told the guy that I had a hair in my food and that the food wasn’t good at all and that we are sorry. So he rewrites the check and charges us 25 instead. For real dude? Sorry to tell you guys but since I used my card I’m calling visa and reversing the transaction. Crappy buffet needs to be bought so they can put a real restaurant in. DONOTGOHERE!

Slow, slow service. It’s also kinda fishy when you have dim sum seven days a week but no customers… so likely that it’s frozen. The dim sum was meh, stick to Ming Bistro. We ordered coconut pudding, but it was disastrous, it was hard and bland and crunchy?! The savory parts were a little better but for the price and service, I’d rather go somewhere else.

This restaurant was a mistake from the get-go. I should mention that I come from Toronto, Canada and that I was at this restaurant for to try out their Dim Sum. The hostess, if you can call her that, did not attend to the guests coming in. She had no idea who was here first or how many different parties of people there were. We sit there for 5 minutes, ticking off the dim sum that we want, and nobody has come by to ask us what we want to drink. Their wait-staff was noticeably understaffed. We saw the hostess going into the kitchen, no doubt to help out in the back. We finally flagged down one of 2 waiters for some tea, and to take our order. During this time, the table that got seated before us, stood up and left, because nobody attended to them. They had sat down for maybe 10 minutes. This was a constant theme at this restaurant — people came, sat down, and left because there was absolutely no service. As for the DimSum quality, it was bearable… Usually, when eating dimsum, the table should have more than 1 dish at a time. However, since this restaurant was so ridiculously slow, most of the dishes came 1 at a time. We ordered a minced pork and thousand yr old egg congee that was bland; the meat was super salty and there was tiny bits of the egg. The beef balls tasted like cardboard, egg custard tarts had heavy custard with stale crust. I could’ve made better food than this. Don’t bother coming here. P. S., an 18% gratuity charge is automatically put on your bill — it’s no wonder the service sucks.
