Chili’s Grill & Bar

I have to start off by saying the bartenders have great personality they are friendly and interact with you. Our favorite is jessy he always remembers us. We live in downtown Orlando and drive all the way over here just to hang out and socialize drink and eat at the bar. My hats off to the manager to finally getting it right with him. Amy ur a great bartender too thanks for a great night.

Had a great dining experience here tonight. Food was delicious and everybody from front hostess to waiter was excellent! It was around 7 o’clock and we were seated immediately.
Greeted nicely and the hostess brought my kids an extra table entertainment system so they didn’t have to share and fight over it! Real nice!
Josh, our server, was great and really on top of his game! Kept our drinks filled and we were severely dehydrated coming from Seaworld. Josh helped with ordering, and also brought us all the extra condiments we could want to make the meal just right!
Used a coupon for free chips and salsa that were great! Free refills too!
Kids shared the trio of appetizers — chicken crispers, southwestern egg rolls, and big mouth mini burgers — they were delicious!
We did the 2 for $ 20 deal with cheese fries, bacon burger, and chicken fajitas. Everything was very delicious and prepared and presented well! I left stuffed with leftovers too.
Bill was $ 40.75 and we gave $ 10 tip cause well deserved.
We will probably come back here again if time permits this vacation.

Bartender and Mgr struggle with vibrant spirit. They’re going through the motions of their roles, but lack personal accountability and drive for customer experience. If you don’t have to come… Don’t.

Food was very good and the waiter, Jason, was TERRIFIC. Great choice for a reasonably-​priced dinner while on vacation with kids.

I should say, I normally love Chili’s. Sure, they’re a pretty standard chain, but I always know what to expect and they’re the same across the country. This is by far the worst Chili’s I’ve ever been to. My boyfriend and I have been a few times and received mediocre service, but we went with a group recently and it was awful. We had a large amount of people (12) so I tried calling in the morning to let them know we were coming in. After listening to a ringing phone for awhile someone finally answered and informed me we couldn’t make reservations and that they couldn’t seat more than 9 people in a group. I pointed out that the last time i have been there I had seen a group of 14 people and she told me I was mistaken. She also laughed that I would even try calling ahead «on a busy Friday night;» this was on a Saturday. She recommended calling no more than 15 minuted ahead of time to get put on the list and to figure out how we wanted our group split.
When I did call later that night, there was no answer the first time. When we finally got through they told us it would be a 30 – 45 minute wait and that they could put us all in the same section, but not at a table. We lost a few people and lowered our numbers to 8, thinking it would be easier and faster. We ended up watching a party of 18 that came in after us being seated, and waiting almost an hour just to get food and to be at separate tables that we pushed together ourselves. The waitress forgot multiple drinks, didn’t come by for refills until we had finished eating, and didn’t know what Maker’s Mark bourbon was.
I understand that they’re a busy location, but we have yet to have a really positive, or even neutral, experience there.

Definitely the worse place I’ve ever been. The customer care is ridiculous bad, the manager is the worst. We ordered some soup and the server told us that she would have to check if they still have it, took her 10 minutes to come back, without the drinks, and she forgot to tell us that they have no soup. We’ve called the manager to see what they could do, since we’ve just came here for the soups. After a while he came to our table and told us that our solution was to cancel the orders. What kind of customer service is this? I’ll never come back here. Horrible.

I enjoyed everything I ate. From my Blueberry Pineapple Margarita to the chips and Guacamole and salsa to my friends Long Island Iced Tea to my pasta dish. My only complaint is that the salsa was a little on the thin side. We also wish that we knew that my friend would was getting double Long Island’s.

El dia d hoy fui a la hora del almuerzo y habian solo 2 meseros. El restaurante estaba con movimiento y 2 meseros no eran suficiente para brindar un buen servicio.
Me comi una quesadilla explosion salad y sabia horrible. La lechuga estaba vieja, mi esposo se comio una double hamburger y staba fria, y las papas fritas no estaban bien cocinadas .

I wanted this to be a good experience but it was partially good. I had a fun time walking into the restaurant in the rain with my son, and him and I played Life on the table computers, it was fun!
Now the negative: we showed up at 4pm table of 2 we waited over 5 minutes to be recognized. I made eye contact with a server and NO HELP up front.
We were sat at a table and told that if we wanted a booth it would be a minute because nothing was clean. We were maybe 1 of 5 tables and nothing was clean?
We ordered food joked with the server and things went well i the beginning.
I ordered a fajita trio and asked the server for no jalapeños and he said he can ask the kitchen but they will give it to me anyway.
My appetizer came out and then my food came out. My fajitas and the food were not sizzling which made my son sad. I was upset because the food wasn’t sizzling I was upset because everyone else’s was. I was upset because my fajita items were soaked in grease or oil.
The make server told me that there were two servers working that section so nobody has to wait for refills or service.
It’s funny that he said that because the female server never came to our table. The male server came to our table a few times. After our food came out and I waited more than 20 mins for our server to check on us I went to find a supervisor.
It took 20 mins for the manager to come to our table, then she sent the server to our table. He scoffed at us, stopped serving us and took our appetizer plate with appetizer still on it. He reached over my son and didn’t ask if we were finished.
It was awful. The ONLY two good things were the watermelon lemonade and the egg rolls.
Everything else including out service was awful.

Slooow service! Have been here for almost 3 hours. Server is fine kitchen is painfully slow

Had a steak that was kinda rubbery but weirdly tasted pretty good. Excellent service, i think the waiter likes me i dunno lol. But nice little bar & grill most often crowded.

I came to this restaurant hoping to enjoy a late night dinner with my boyfriend, We got seated after 5 minutes of entry, Our server greeted us & took our order, 35mins later our entrées came out, Not to mention our salad was very old & soggy, My meal was cold & had a foul smell, I immediately told my server about the horrible food, paid my check & left! This was the worst food & service I have ever experienced! Never again will I be attending Chill’s on I-​Drive. Please be aware of the lacking Quality future customers! Horrible Horrible Service!

We frequent Chili’s at a different location typically and this place better by a landslide. Food was incredibly fresh, the service was fast and the customer service was spot on. This location is 15 miles from our house and I will pass all other locations to visit here again. Totally impressed!

Brilliant! Visited here twice for dinner and once for lunch while on holiday.
Can’t believe how good the food is considering how inexpensive it is.
Servers always friendly and attentive. Fantastic menu and food is tasty and fresh. Recommend the pick 3 and the chilli fries are fab. Highly recommend you visit.

Just tried the enchiladas (beef and sour cream) and the tostada, really good flavor, the black beans were spot on, rice was ‘ok’ and also tried the triple dipper (boneless wings, eggrolls and loaded potato skins) they were the best part of the whole night! Great place, and you should ask for the waitress called Amber, she is fantastic!

Good food as usual, but this one had a huge wait with multiple empty tables clearly in view. Our waiter was very quick, friendly and funny, but the incredibly rude and unfriendly hostess put somewhat of a damper on the evening.

Only an extra star because we were greeted at the door we wait to be seated 5 minutes later nobody 10 minutes nobody and it wasn’t busy so we just got up and left and went to red lobsters better service and didn’t have to wait for someone they met us at the table hear that chilis?

Poor service and food quality. Have tried it many times and they have consistent bad bar service…
Today, Saturday 3pm, waited 15 minutes for chips and salsa… And wasn’t greeted for 5 minutes into our visit. We do chili’s all over the country, but this one is far below average. They got sloppy due to high tourism in the area. Sub standard… And i have been there 15 times but today was the last.
Plenty of other options in area that want your business.

It was mine and my boyfriend first time here ! And it was delicious !.. we are pretty harsh critics but the food was really good and our waiter Bronson was awesome! !

I recognize that you can’t hold fast food chains to exceptional standards; however, I do expect the basics of good service– polite servers, timely food delivery, and eating warm food.
Our waitress was beyond incompetent, having to come back and ask us the same questions multiple times. She didnt even bring us silverware; we had to ask the host when she walked by. I ordered the half Texas cheese fries as an appetizer and they were over cooked and cold by the time the waitress brought them over. They were disgusting. Had they been more than $ 3 I would have certainly sent them back.
My girl and I shared the fajita trio and it was surprisingly delicious compared to the rest of the meal. Our waitress got on my last nerve with her attempts to be over friendly despite being the absolute bottom of the barrel when it comes to the food service industry. Chilis Orlando need to step up their hiring process.
Tipping that dunce 9% was a gift.

Chili’s ist eine Reaturantkette in den Staaten.
Die meisten Läden sind mit einer Lounge ausgestattet, die neben mehreren Großbild-​Fernsehern (es laufen diverse Sport-​Events) auch einen klassischen Thekenbereich beinhalten. Rundherum angeordnet sind die Tische für die Gäste.
Ich esse dort immer den SOUTHERN SMOKEHOUSE BACON BURGER. Der ist schön groß (beim Handling ist es hilfreich, ihn vor dem Verzehr zu teilen) und sehr lecker. Selbst die Pommes Frites sind schön knusprig. Das Burger-​Fleisch wird übrigens nach Wunsch gebraten.
Qualitativ dürfte das schon die Schallgrenze für den Burger einer Gastrokette sein und pappsatt ist man danach allemal!
Da ich da nichts anderes esse kann ich nur was zum Burger sagen. Meine Begleitung hat sich bei den anderen Gerichten allerdings nie beklagt.
In Orlando war der einzigste Chili’s wo ich reservieren musste, sonst fluppte das eigentlich immer ganz gut mit spontanen Besuchen

Klasse Burger, super leckere boneless Chickenwings. Teilweise netter Service. Zu Stosszeiten sehr unruhig, aber wir gehen immer wieder gerne ins Chilis.

Chilis ist ein mexikanisches Restaurant auf amerikanische Art. Innen hängt mindestens in jedem Eck ein Fernseher. Der Service war sehr freundlich (selbst für amerikanische Verhältnisse) und das Essen hat mich überascht: es war echt gut. Ich habe mich für Fajitas entschieden. Der Paprika noch knackig, das Fleisch gut angebraten, frisches Gemüse zum Einrollen in den Maisfladen (wie heißt das nochmal). Guacamole und sour cream schmackhaft. Gut gewürzt war’s auch, wobei man sich hier bei vielen Gerichten die Schärfe aussuchen kann.
Also ich komme wieder
Die Aktion 2 for 1 hat mir übrigens zwei Bier auf einmal beschert. Allerdings nur kleine ;-)
