Nike Factory Store

This is a go to spot for my BF! He is athletic & kind of a sneaker-​head.
The store is massive! Don’t get overwhelmed though! One side is men’s the other women’s and all toward the back are the sneakers.
The associates are really helpful but honestly they are all so slammed! If you can’t find help right away check out the little signs. You can navigate from training, running, sports.
There is typically a 30−40% off sale so make sure to get the coupon at the door!
I got my Nike Flex Running shoes here and love them! Their selection of soccer shoes isn’t that great, very loud colors and my BF was looking for black.
Their workout gear is also on sale. I’ve gotten deals on pants & socks and the shirts are usually on sale if you get more than one.

Would love to rate this store 5 stars but they do not have any professional team gear anymore (NFL, MLB, NBA, etc) I used to get some nice logo team gear here for a great price but they no longer carry them. Sneakers are in abundance and deals are good. Staff friendly and attentive.

Loved it here very good deals and selection. I came here Labor Day weekend and they had an amazing deal on apparel. I got three pairs of running shorts for under $ 30z the store was well organized despite the huge crowed. I live in Tampa and the Bradenton outlet is the same distance as this one. I will come to this one over the other one because it has a way better selection.

My BF and I got some good deals here, but make sure you know the prices or specials going on because I almost didn’t get my additional 30% off when I went to pay.
The staff here were really good and all very friendly; asking everyone if they needed help with everything — so great to see people happy to be working.

WORST STORE EVER. I wish so badly I could give zero stars because they do not even deserve one. HORRIBLE staff. We just left and I understand it’s a Saturday and it’s busy, but nobody would help us. When I did get someone’s attention he acted like I was a burden and immediately brushed me off when I asked for a size then walked away from me. K. Next guy does the same thing, I ask for a size and without hesitation he responds, «don’t have it.» Then keeps walking away. I will NEVER be back and shame on the management for allowing their staff to act this way. If you cannot adequately handle a busy Saturday and give customers the decency of at least SOME respect, then get a new job. What a joke.

Be prepared. You may need anti anxiety medication to enter this place without a total meltdown.
I didn’t think the prices were much cheaper than what I found on Amazon or other websites. The key is to find the markdowns. I ended up scoring a pair of Nike Free Runs for $ 60 and I couldn’t find anything under $ 80 online.
All in all, it was worth the headache.

My daughter and I were at this Nike Factory Outlet Store yesterday we wanted to try on a few pairs of sneakers that were on clearance and had another 20% off but the store was closing the sales person told us she would put them on the top shelf of a certain rack so we can come back for them the next day. We returned today to find that the sale was over… We spoke to the manager Sarah and she adjusted the price for my daughter and for my items as well. The cashier name was Samantha and she was a total sweetheart… This store is a must go to for bargains and great customer service :)))))))

Staff are super friendly! Opened the door for my partners wheelchair (only one other shop did this) also the staff are very motivated and when customers praise their staff it goes over the announcement system to let everyone in the store know.
Great selection of cloths and trainers!

I’ve always had the impression that Nike outlet stores only carry shoes from last season. And maybe that’s is the case I don’t know. But they had some really good stuff here.
In my opinion the items in the store wasn’t really a steal but they were definitely cheaper than buying it from the regular stores. And the selection was actually good.
The Nike store is located on the far north side on the end. If you’re looking at the outlet from the highway its to the far right hand side.
Okay now they have all of the sneakers in the front shelves and along the back wall are the shoes that were marked down. The lowest tag is what you should go by. But sometimes it’s the same as the regular, but not usually.
As far as apparel that’s located on the racks throughout the store and there is a clearance rack or two here and there.
I definitely like the Nike outlet stores, but if you’re looking for a dirt cheap bargain, you might do better shopping at a regular store on the clearance rack.

My mom came here yesterday to purchase some sneakers that were on sale. They didn’t have her size but told her they would order them and that she could come in today to pick them up. Well, they still didn’t have them and no one knew what my mom was talking about as the guy she spoke to yesterday wasn’t here today. Long story short, everything worked out. They really took care of us. The manager, Cheyenne was really nice. She located the shoes at another location and even arranged for my mom to get a discount on the shoes that are already on sale. All of the employees were super nice, patient and accommodating. Even though my mom experienced a minor inconvenience, the customer service was stellar.

A very large store with a wide variety of products even if in the outlet.
The sales people are very quick in service and they have excellent prices. It’s the best brand of shoe and sports apparel that I ever met. Always into fashion.

One of the best things about this store is the variety of sports they support, from running to basketball. Furthermore, they have the same selection for men’s and women’s athletic wear.
The team members are helpful for the most part and keep the store decently clean. If you are into Nike, check it out.

Phenomenal service. The store was crowded but very easy to get people to help. I was helped by at least 5 people in the 15 minutes I was there. In contrast, workers at Adidas were nowhere to be found.

You know what I expected better. I am a huge sneaker freak and a Nike Fanatic!
I usually visit the Homestead, FL outlet regularly and find amazing deals so I expect more of the same. Upon arrival the store was a bit smaller than the store in South Florida but you can never discount the measure of a store by it’s size because they could have great deals… Well this one came up short, Clothing was a lot more expensive than the South Florida store. They had specials on regular cotton tee’s for
2 for $ 30. They had several shoe specials but nothing that caught my interest. Hyper-​Dunk shoes along with some Free Run shoes for 2013 models.
I was interested in there Dri-​Fit items such as there Nike Fly shorts and there Polyester shirts such as there Hyper-​Speed line. A large portion of there items were still items found at department stores such as Sports Authority and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Meaning as you suspect no mark down on those items. Along with several world cup items for the upcoming cup. I am sure this store is a tourist trap this is why the prices are higher but I’ll stick to the South Florida outlet or Marshalls for better deals.

Personnel was helpful and friendly, but not well versed on product. Was interested in the nike fuel plus band, they had no idea. Three employees later I decided to pass.

This is a WAY better Nike store than the one near me. Way, way better. Despite the crowds, the store manages to remain well organized — likely due to the fact that they have a ton of floor staff. And they are nice and helpful too (rare in an outlet setting).
Of course there are shoes and workout clothes for men & women, but I particularly enjoyed the large selection of Richard Simmons style short-​shorts for men. There were even fuchsia & peach men’s tanks to go with!
Men, unless you ARE Richard Simmons, please do not buy these items.

Love going to Nike outlet stores! Though there were times when it was super busy that the lines were crazy. Only thing was that the popular Orlando or Florida shirts that the tourists buy were always out of a certain size and even with the numerous trips we took here, they were never restocked :/​but got some great deals nonetheless!

Went to the Nike outlet store to pick up a pair of cleats and we were in a rush because we had a game to get to.
We were in and out of the store in no time thanks to the helpful staff. They knew what they were talking about, knew where things were and were very helpful.
The price was good — saved a couple of bucks.
Nike products are Nike products. The rating is based on great service.

Pretty much everything was an additional 20−40% off.
Too bad EVERYTHING was picked through.
