Filthy dirty floor and tables. Ordered cheese curds and small root beer for $ 10. Got about 9 cheese curds(a couple blown up). Place made my skin crawl.

Disgusting place, sticky floor, dirty tables, workers eating food while cooking… The burger I got was cold. Horrible experience. I need to clean my shoes from walking in this place.

Really nice food. While we had to wait about 10mins for the food to be cooked, the end result was a really great tasting meal. The root beer float is definitely one to try with your meal. The price is pretty good at $ 12 for 3 chicken strips, fries and a root bear float(which is massive). Definitely recommended if in the area.

Ordered combos 4(cheeseburger & fries + drink) and 6(Chili dog & fries + drink) and it took 15 minutes to get our food and they weren’t all that busy; nobody even was sitting inside and small line. Total price came out to be $ 20 and we never even customized anything… my fault I guess since I saw the prices but the location and menu items appeared to show a premium of food but it wasn’t at all. People also complained that the root beer fountain was broken and they were out of napkins. Avoid!

Not the A&W i remember like in Staten island. Hamburgers are microwaved and onion rings under cooked. I should of known better getting food from a mall.

Came in and wasn’t even greeted. Lady at the ice cream bar looks very unpleasant and didn’t even offer me a sample. The milkshake she made was disgusting tasted like milk. Over priced and just very disgusting.

What you got here is a good ol fashioned burger joint. The patties have that nice crispy edge around the ring and the buns have just the right amount of shine on’em indicating appropriate levels of grease. You can also get a side of cheese curds that are tasty as well, don’t see those on the menu very often. This particular location is nestled in the food court of the Premium Outlets down by Disney so you can imagine how packed they get with tourists day in and day out. That said, I’d like to make a note of how friendly the staff there was. Very courteous. It’s not very often that a fast food employee mopping the floor will engage you with pleasantries while you wait for your order. More often than not they keep to themselves and get the job done. Benny(I believe his name was) at this A&W was a great kid, very nice and made sure we were aware the freshly cleaned floor was still a bit wet so as to prevent a potential slip and fall. The manager on duty was lively and hospitable, the food came out fast and delicious, and as we left Benny also sent us off with a fond farewell. Honestly, just not used to fast food workers being so nice – especially when in the heart of a busy mall smack dab in tourist central. So here’s to you Mrs. Robinson – job well done. (one other note, while dining at A&W you naturally order a Root Beer… next to the regular beverage fountain were two specially designated drafts used solely for the namesake drink. I tell ya that soda came out so thick and rich it tasted like it was a float already. No ice cream necessary!) The End

One of the last few A&W’s that I know of around the area. Every time we visit Orlando, its a must to get a root beer float! The food on the menu isnt bad either. Its located in the food court, but also has seating inside. Fast and friendly service every time.
