I originally purchased a groupon for 12 treatments for Zerona Laser Body Sculpting February of this year. The location is located inside Gold’s Gym at the same address, so was a little confusing to find. Once you find the room inside the gym, you’ll notice that all this office really is is a staff member with a laptop at a tiny desk and the treatment ‘rooms’ are two Chinese folding curtains and one bathroom with their various machines. It’s very cramped and seems very unprofessional. The staff members had difficulties answering more medial based questions about the treatments they were providing me, but handed me ‘data sheets’ which I discovered when getting home were one of the first results on google paired with google images and then printed out. I completed one treatment and upgraded out of pocket because they told me the treatments I purchased were not very effective. I then moved out of area and could no longer take treatments at this location, so pursued a refund for the other 11 treatments I could not receive. I was told I had to make my groupon as ‘redeemed’ at my first appointment, which I see removed the protection I had with Groupon to receive a total reimbursement. I have been calling their office weekly for three months to seek reimbursement for treatments that were never provided. Robin, a staff member, informed me I would be able to get treatments reimbursed if I relocated and could no longer make my appointments. I would love to know why this business hasn’t returned my calls for 12 weeks regarding my getting my money back. At this point, I feel as though Medslim Laser was unprofessional, uninformed about their treatments, and has now also stolen my money. What a shame.
