Best breakfast ever! Don’t understand the bad reviews because everything was high quality, executed professionally, and with great service.

From what I have heard about this place is mixed feelings, some say it is great while others don’t approve. However I am here to say that this place is spectacular. The service is top notch our server was always there for a refill and extremely polite. Polite to the point that I could see me and him becoming great friends if I lived in Florida. But enough about the wonderful waiting staff let me talk about the food. The food was amazing. The breakfast buffet is top notch, giving you large quantities for a great price, also it is all you can eat so you really get what you pay for. Overall I was extremely pleased and am more then happy to give it 5 stars.

Ate here for dinner twice. What a mistake! First night I had the Phở soup. The beef broth was bland beyond belief. The waiter never told me that the siracha, peppers, and other toppings were at the salad bar which would have helped give this dish some flavor. My wife’s chopped salad was skimpy as well. My son’s noodles were clumpy and some a bit hard. Really poor execution across the board. And for 3 it was around $ 80. Wow. Went back for the stir fry buffet. The limited salad bar was decent with a good spicy«slaw» salad and a regular salad and toppings. The star was the egg drop soup which was more like a hot and sour soup without the spice. It was silky smooth and full of flavor. Next to it was the Phở with all the fixings(surprise!) But then things took a turn for the worst. They have a stir fry chef. You pick the vegetables and meat, and he stir fries it. They should call it stir fry soup since there was about a cup of sauce in my and my wife’s bowl. And since the primary sauce of the stir fry is soy, well, it was a total salt bomb. Also, the chef overcooked everything. How about a light stir with just a few tablespoons of sauce? Also they say there is a kids choice buffet on the menu, but alas, it apparently wasn’t kids choice night. My son was very very upset! To top everything off, with a drink each the bill was $ 100. Yikes! I’m used to pricey hotel food but this is ridiculous. Usually when you completely overpay given you’re in a tourist area, the food is pretty good. Not here. Go to City Walk instead or if you have a car there a a zillion restaurants within 10 minutes. Just stay away from this place. Sorry Islands, you need a lot of work.

Pretty pricey in general, but for amusement park hotel probably expected. You will pay $ 21 per adult entrée/drink or breakfast buffet/drink and $ 11 per child for the same. We only came for breakfast and they had typical buffet fare; eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, pancakes, oatmeal, cereals, some pastries, fruit, salmon, bagels and also a cooked to order omelet area. Not worth the $$, but convenient since its within the hotel, and you will pay similar prices in the park. The service was very friendly and attentive as well.

I am not a big fan of Asian food. I trying to expand my palette on new foods. My wife loves her Asian food. We both tried the buffet and steamed dumplings. I had beef stir fry and she had shrimp & chicken stir fry. My beef was kind on the tough side. My wife was not impressed on her stir fry or the dumplings. The staff was excellent. We had breakfast early this morning there it was excellent. They need help with the dinner meals. The breakfast was excellent.

Walk over to the City Walk and go to Emeril’s restaurant same price and no comparison in food. Waited forever, food was poor quality. Ribeye super fatty and served with overcooked veggies and no sauce on the noodles. Ordered two appetizers and one never came. Not with the price or convenience.

We had dinner here the last evening of our vacation as we were too tired to walk to City Walk. The restaurant was almost completely empty at 6pm, which was odd. We ordered spring rolls, pork dumplings and crab Rangoon as apps and the Kung Po chicken and a General Tao chicken. The portions are teeny tiny. 3 little spring rolls, dumplings and Rangoon — but each plate was $ 8.00. The entrees contained about a cup of food and cup of rice that really didn’t taste much different than a Lean Cuisine meal– for $ 24.00. The only redeeming part of dinner was having Gru and a minion come around to the table and they were very entertaining. All in all I was not blown away by the dining experience and would recommend that you take the walk to CityWalk rather than spending your money here.

Wow, where do I start ? Oh I know ! How about I start with«Hire someone who can make chinese food when you want to serve chinese food?» — Stir Crazy, Big Bowl and any other chinese place which gives you the option to choose your sauces and vegetables for your bowl will die laughing if they come and visit this restaurant. — There are 2 chefs at the cooking station. One of them(the woman) knows what she is doing and honestly is giving her best even though I am pretty sure she has no idea about the chinese fried rice and it’s flavors. There is another guy, who is probably new and I would love to cut him some slack if he at least knows how they would mix the contents in a wok ! Horrible I tell you. –They have a hula dancer and a guy who plays live music and honestly they are the best part about the whole place –I ended up paying $ 65 for 2 drinks and 2 bowls of nonsense they call food! I have no idea about other dishes but please don’t go for these.

In all fairness, we only had dessert and an Irish coffee here. That being said… It was not awesome. I ordered red velvet cake. What I received: a tiny shot glass with a bit of cake in it, alone with a bite of frosting. The cost? $ 4. Yes, yes… This IS dining inside a resort hotel, but wow. The Irish coffee? It was more Irish than coffee, if you know what I mean. So much Irish that it didn’t even taste good. We may be eating breakfast here, in which case I will update my review.

Stopped in for some drinks. The mixed drinks and cocktails here are pricey especially compared to the options at city walk. They for sure make up for the price with the strength of the drinks. Wowzers are they strong. We will be coming back in the morning to try the breakfast. Breakfast at the resort is limited with only a few locations. There are decent reviews for the buffet do it looks promising

The Hawaii package is so good! You definitely have to try this! The BBQ pork is little bit sour. Service is nice and you can also enjoy a buffet for your breakfast with $ 20/person. It also really good!

We had the buffet breakfast and the food was fine for what it was, but our server Mustapha was amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and made our breakfast experience better. They do have an inlet bar and plenty of other food choices. There were many attendants in the buffet area refilling and cleaning.

I went for dinner on my birthday 9⁄11 to have the magical dining experience and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious! My main course was the shrimp dish and it melted in my mouth. I loved the jasmine rice my new favorite rice! The beef sate skewers were very tasty to start. Dessert I had was the ginger blood orange red velvet cake, very nice but wanted a little more! Scooby Doo joined me for dinner which was quite the surprise. I even got balloons and sponge bob square pants plush gift. Amazing meal & experience, Thanks!

Food is so so but the service is top notch. We had beef teriyaki and orange chicken. It was just average. The manager was helpful and funny. Made the experience worth it. Our server was also really helpful.

LOVELY Breakfast Buffet! Ours was comped, but if you like to have a luxurious breakfast to start off the day, I’d say it’s worth the $ 20. Fast, friendly service to bring us the coffee and fresh OJ. I’d give 5 stars, but the coffee frankly tasted burnt — even after we sent it back. Most likely just super-roasted blend that didn’t agree with my friends or me. FOOD — ohYES. SOMUCH Fresh Fruit! They had cut strawberry/raspberry/blackberry blend, papaya, whole strawberries, fresh pineapple, etc. Super bagel bar complete with lox, capers, etc. Tons of good-looking hot food, including non-over-oily breakfast potatoes. Croissant bar, egg/omelet bar, and super tasty oatmeal. Great way to kick off a day at the parks in a lovely restaurant.

The stir fry bar was just fine for what it was. I’ve had better with more variety at other places, but it was cooked well, and the teriyaki was less sticky sweet than I was afraid that it might be. The hawaiian sweet bread(that’s actual bread, not pancreas — I don’t think that resort guests would be quite the right audience for pancreas) is quite good — fluffy and light. I had two mai tais, and the second was stronger than the first, but both were good. The banana pie was nothing too exciting, but a friend who got the pineapple custard thought it was the best thing he tasted on the trip — it had a bit of subtle spice to it that gave it some dimension.

I included this review in my line up to help people staying at the Lowe’s resort and hotel. Overall I really like the resort and have stayed here four times. The Island Dining Room is a nice alternative for a fast lunch or breakfast while you are staying at the hotel. I especially like the Cuban sandwich its well made, smoking hot and is by far my favorite dish oh their menu. I also like that the staff understand that not everyone here is a tourist they are willing to accommodate moving tables to put groups together and don’t mind if your having a meeting over breakfast or lunch. Prices are little high but on average for a Florida resort.
