I did a group on package for a 25 minute massage and 30 minute facial. The massage was great very relaxing… the facial not so much. The lady talked about herself too long. i felt like they were rushing me and i didnt even get my complimentary beverage after requesting it twice. Would not go back.

I had a wonderful morning at the Spa on a Groupon that included a massage, facial, and mani and pedi, in that order. After the massage and facial I was well relaxed and then came the mani and pedi. I drove from the Melbourne area and would drive back for this spa. I got what I paid for and was happy to find them on Groupon or I would have never known they were there. Glad I didn’t read the other review before doing. I guess that why we all have opinions and it is up to the individual to rate the services you receive. The facial was really nice and so was Tabatha the lady who did this was very open and a breath of fresh air. Happy to have a good experience to share!

So I decided to get a groupon for my mother to have a relaxed spa day. I got the $ 89 package to get a half day spa day. I’m going to just give you a number list of everything that went wrong with this place.
1. Staff looked unprofessional. I expect when going to a spa that the staff looks like the being in the beauty industry. The staff looked a mess, no makeup, hair looks disheveled, dressed very casual.
2. Robes are not provided. Had to get undress and redressed when going to the next activity.
3. Constantly being up-​sold. I came to relax. The package is bought why are you now adding items? This isn’t relaxing. This should be asked in the beginning when coming into the salon.
4. The facial wasn’t a real facial. When you get a facial they take off your makeup, vaporize your face, massage your face, add products to exfoliate and clean out your pores. What was given was my mother removing her own makeup. To clean out your pores that was extra. why? That’s what you do for a facial. A hot towel was placed on her face and a piss poor massage and that was the facial.
5. The masseuse was 15 min. Late and again was trying to upsell you. Has to get redressed to get undressed again
6. The mani/​pedi was unacceptable has to pay extra because of acrylic on the nails. Again this should be explained upfront. And should be explicit on the groupon
7. Not enough staff. From what was told the deal on groupon it’d being shared by different ppl so the staff is being paid $ 4-​$ 5 per person hence why they are running a Skeleton crew.
Either way. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I would go to yolo down at winter park. Never had a problem, friendly staff, great service and you actually get a glass of wine.
I would suggest that groupon takes them off the list. the services was not up to snuff, they are not very professional and quality of the work was also sub par.

For my mother’s birthday, my sister and I decided to give our mother a «spa day» to enjoy with the us and my daughter. So I found a deal on Groupon for this place and Googled to make sure the distance was equivalent for all of us (I live in Lakeland. She lives in Ocala. Our mother lives in Melbourne.) So it seemed pretty close to the middle. We went for it.
It was one of the best spa experiences any of us have ever had!!! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were treated better than family. Since it was my daughter’s first spa experience, I wanted to get some pictures. We were not all going to be at the same place at the same time, so I asked the receptionist (the owner’s daughter) if she minded taking some pictures. She didn’t mind at all and went out of her way to take many great shots. They made a special non-​alcoholic mimosa for my daughter! My mother is a diabetic and «crashed» towards the end of our spa treatment. Gladys, our nail lady, gave my mother some of her lunch and one of the other employees went to the back to give her some OJ. Even with that happening, they didn’t miss a beat and stepped right up to help.
I would strongly recommend giving this place a try!!! Skip the Groupon and just ask if they have any deals. They had a ton to pick from.
