I love the brisket grilled cheese but tried the brisket nachos… and oh my, so good! Lots of brisket and cheese, and topped with lovely jalapeños. Definitely try this when available… it’s wonderful!

Horrible customer service. We went to the Kissimmee food truck bazaar where there was no line at the truck while others were packed. We were trying to figure out the menu list, and asked a question about whether something had brisket after we had ordered. We said the name of «BBQ grilled cheese» was confusing and we asked if it had brisket because we were confused. She said, «no one else has a problem, just you, so you must be an idiot» and threw our money back at us.

No matter what you get from the C&S Brisket Bus, make sure it includes their wonderful brisket covered in their BBQ sauce. They take their time to ensure it is moist, tender and full of flavor. My favorite is called the Tex-Mex. It starts with their delectable smoked brisket covered in their special sauce, jalapenos and cheddar cheese all on top of buttery Texas toast. Definitely some of the best brisket in Orlando!

Been hearing a lot about this food truck. Found them behind a business called«Promo Only.» Had my dad with me. I ordered a black and blue brisket sandwich, it was absolutely fabulous. Nice thick slices of perfectly seasoned brisket, melted blue cheese and some sort of sauce that complimented it perfectly. My dad had a grilled cheese brisket sandwich, go figure a grilled cheese with meat. It had a touch of fresh jalapenos that gave it a nice finish. Follow them on Twitter, and like them on Facebook so you can keep up with the truck. Definitely will be looking for them again.

Let me start this by saying I work with a guy who religiously goes to the Brisket Bus every single Friday, he loves it, he can’t get enough. And since I’m a food loving lady, I had to take him up on his offer one Friday when he walked by and told me they were going to have their famous F.O. sandwich available and I just had to try it. Each Friday, the Brisket Bus hits up the gas station a little behind UCF and it’s a great location that’s easy to find, plus it gives you the option to grab a soda and some chips if you want them to go with your sandwich. Shortly after we arrived, we waited for the bus to open up so we could place our orders(apparently the F.O. goes fast, so if they post that they have it, you better high-tail it over to where they’re at and be ready when they open). As we waited, a group of people started to line up behind us, all anticipating this F.O. sandwich! At this point, I had no doubt in what I was getting. One of the people in our group almost strayed and got a regular sandwich, but the crowd enforced the F.O. and said you were a fool not to get it. So off we went, four F.O. orders and a short wait later, we were walking away with some delicious oniony goodness. From what I can gather from previous reviews, it’s brisket slow cooked in French onion soup, and topped with sautéed onions. The bread was slightly toasted on the inside, but had a soft exterior. Oh. My. God. It was great. It was a delicious, rich sandwich that was definitely work the trip over, and definitely worth the line. You know a sandwich is going to be good when people in line ask to see yours before you walk away. I was not disappointed with the brisket bus, I think it was great! 4⁄5 for me because I’ve only been one time and haven’t tried a variety of things. I will definitely be back.

Dear Brisket Bus, How do I love thee? Let me count the ways… Brisket is tender with amazing seasoning. Seriously, the only brisket I’ve had that is better is my dad’s. Their sandwiches are always piled high and that first bite is orgasmic. I first ate here about 4 years ago when they were stationed at Orlando Brewing. Now I anxiously await when they travel to Tampa for Flicks and Food Trucks. You must try this bus!

I am a huge fan of the BrisketBus. Whenever I see it I have to buy something even if I’m full — I can take it and eat I later or for have it with eggs for breakfast; I must have it. I love their brisket. Brisket can be a tough meat but they cook right & very tender. You can’t go wrong with anything on the truck. It all comes down to your taste. I enjoy their grilled cheese but I want as much Brisket as possible so I either go for the Texas or Tex Mex. If they have bacon or pastrami on the menu– ORDERIT! Probably some of the best bacon you will have. Their Pastrami is excellent. If they have Reuben(w/sauerkraut) & Rachel(w/cole slaw) order the Sex on a Boat– it’s a half of each sandwich– you’ll thank me later. There is a reason the truck has long lines– they serve great food. Try them out & follow them on twitter & Facebook to see where they are going to be.

Brisket sandwich is always on point. Tender, fat, cheesy deliciousness. I always enjoy it. Recently I had their new popcorn with candied bacon and it was pretty darn good. I recommend you try these guys out!

Being a NY girl at heart, Brisket is by far my personal favorite choice of meat for sandwiches and otherwise. Imagine my excitement, when I discovered that there was a Food Truck dedicated to Brisket, Yeah! Rest assured, at Apopka, I promptly walked up to the Brisket Bus, and mind you my heart was already doing somersaults! It was going to be an interesting evening at the very least. Either I will LOVE it or worst, hate it. We ordered the Majestic and the day’s special: The Black & Blue. The Black & Blue Sandwich was brisket, lettuce tomato, roasted garlic and blue cheese aioli on a Brioche. Oh My! One bite and I was squealing in sheer delight; juicy brisket, perfectly dressed, and a buttery brioche, totally decadent! The Majestic as its name aptly depicts is toasted rye topped with over sized brisket slices, lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese, horseradish, and thousand island dressing; a sandwich which will make any delicatessen puritan proud and content. Living in Forest Hills, Queens, I had been surrounded with the very best and worst of NY had to offer in delicatessens. And, to be honest, I have great expectations from a Brisket Sandwich since I am fastidious for taste and quality. That said C&S Brisket Bus’s brisket won me over in one bite. The tender brisket was beautifully seasoned, dressed appropriately with the right condiments and toasted rye; all in all a grand sandwich. Thank you boys! You truly brought me back to my wonderful days of NY. I am totally digging the Food Truck culture and grateful that I get to taste the streets of NY right here in Orlando. Thank you C&S Brisket Bus, kudos for such a fine job!

Tried the Texas Brisket sandwich and though the brisket was tender I didn’t pick up on any other flavor it’s was just kinda neutral. The BBQ sauce was fine but nothing unique or stunning. I guess I just wanted more flavor from the brisket itself stemming from smoking or a rub but it seemed like there was none. I’m partially at fault since I didn’t jazz the sandwich up, but I feel a good brisket doesn’t need the smashed avocado jalapeños or cheese. I wish I liked it more, that said I would give them another shot and see if a sandwich with all the trimmings changes my mind.

The orange bus, an authority on Brisket. To really taste the full brisket in all of its glory, one must strip all the fluff away and go for the simple Brisket sandwich. Brisket on bread. Amazingly tender, juicy, fall apart, just the right amount of fat. Simply spectacular, forget the bread and anything else, the brisket rules.

You. You… S.O.B’s did it! I can’t even type i’m getting so excited! It’s like you shaved the backstrap off an angel, slow cooked it in onion soup, then braised that meat till perfection was struck. What i speak of is the French Onion Soup Brisket sandwich. It’s all I ever dreamed of now, and forever. Some say the greatest day in your life is when you get married, or when your children are born… but can you smother your wife/husbands face in melted suculent swiss cheese?! Can you eat your babies face and have it taste as tender and dripping of juices as this piece of brisket?! I think NOT. Therefore, THISDAY… is the greatest day in history.

Wow. All I can say is Wow. Okay. I can say more than that. Best brisket sammich in town. That’s right. Sammich. Not Sandwich. The Brisket Bus surpasses mere sandwich status and earns the Sammich moniker. I had the Texas. My wife had the Tex-Mex. Mine was better, but we’ll both be back for more.

After a long day at work and skipping lunch, I thought I was going to die of starvation and instead of pulling into the dreaded drive-thru, I made a bee-line for the Citgo food pod. I’m glad I did! I ordered the brisket cheese sub and it was a hefty portion, piping hot and really delicious! I really wish they had the grilled cheese because reading Mike Z’s review had my mouth watering. Must come back!

We try to follow these guys wherever they go because their food is just plain AWEsome! Their homemade pastrami is to die for, the brisket puts all others to shame, and the pot roast sammich is delectable, though a bit messy to eat. The recent addition of the Mascarpone grilled cheese made my taste buds weep from the unexpected bliss. If you haven’t chased this bus around yet put in on your iCal for the very near future. Their stops and upcoming menus are usually posted on on their Facebook page.

I read earlier today that the C&S Brisket Bus was going to offer a «grilled cheese» with French toast as the bread and orange-flavored Mascarpone cheese in between the toast slices at today’s food truck event in Apopka. I was going to that already, and reading about this seemingly-delicious treat sealed the deal. Since I’d already eaten a grilled cheese from the Gastro-Truck and had an ice from the Sunset Ice truck, I had to take the C&S sandwich home with me and reheat it in my oven. I just did that and enjoyed it very much. I had a bite of it before I left the event and, naturally, it tasted better when first served. Maybe I shouldn’t have eaten all of that stuff beforehand? Hmm. Haha … well, that’s asking a lot. To me, this«grilled cheese» sandwich($ 6), which the truck calls simply the«Sweet Grilled Cheese,» is worth a solid 4-out-of-5 stars, but the service was really great and friendly, so I’m upping that 4-star review to a 5⁄5. I don’t eat brisket and probably the only other thing the truck has and that I’d eat is their grilled cheese sandwich with pimento(I think?) peppers, but I may make my way back here someday for a fresh Sweet Grilled Cheese. If you like brisket and similar things, check this truck out. The line at the truck was rather long this evening, so I’m guessing that the food is great and that at least some of the people in line were returning customers. This truck likely would be of great interest to BBQ aficionados. Try it!

Pot Roast… need I say more? Ok, for those that want a full review… read on. I have heard of mixed feelings about this food truck but I must say, my experience was a delicious and a friendly one. So you have options of different sandwiches they offer and for some you can go with a whole or half, which I think it brilliant. For the pot roast there was no half option and the reason was cause the baguette it comes on is hard to serve half. Well, I have to admit, it was also hard to eat it whole. The baguette was delicious and fresh as was the pot roast but in order to make it a more enjoyable, easy to eat sandwich, it would have been nice if there was more meat juice or gravy added to the roll or possibly on the side for dipping? But overall, it was delicious, good things I was sitting down. Hard to share with another person though. The brisket was delicious. If I was not so addicted to Pot roast in general, the brisket would have been my fav. But really, how often do you come across the ability to order pot roast? The brisket was on Texas Toast and was cooked perfectly with tons of flavor. Yes, there was fat on both sandwiches but that it to be expected on such fresh, flavorful meat. As we were feasting, everyone around us kept commenting on how delicious everything smelled and we even had some inquire if it was as delicious as the smell… which it was! We also began chatting about how they could be a better brisket bus and we think they should have a «customizable» section where you can build your own meat heaven sandwich. Just choose bread, meat and toppings, we think that would be ecstasy-like. Overall, try it out and enjoy!

Wow. Seriously. Finally got around to trying these guy and I’m super impressed. I passed them over at a recent bazaar because it seemed like just deli sandwiches but at a friend’s suggestion I looked into them a bit more. These guys make their own meats! and it’s not just cold cuts on bread, there’s some fun stuff going on here! I tried their«special» sandwich which was braised corned beef with melted cheese, sauteed onions, and whole grain mustard on a french baguette. This sandwich was just perfection. At first look i thought it seemed a little small for the $ 7 but once you pick it up and start eating it it’s a BEAST. The corned beef chunks just crumbled apart into juicy little pieces and i’m a total sucker for homemade whole grain mustard on just about anything. FANtastic. The 5th star is denied for 2 reasons: 1) I would like to see some more adventurous or experimental combinations on the menu and 2) side dishes! I’d love to see these guys break out a german potato salad or something.

Finally they are open! Tried them at the Ovideo bazaar. This is a time I wish I can give more than one star rating because I literally stood in line for 6 min before ordering and then another 20 but only had 6 people in front of me… so the Wait was frustrating BUT…when I got the Ruben it made it all better. Think Bread, Tons of Meat, Cheese and sauerkraut. My Whole family had a taste even the kidys and they loved the rich, juicy taste! Little steep on the price but I know they are already fixing that. Meal came with a choice of drink and a side of Orzo or Pickle. Orzo was not great at all but the sandwich topped it off… maybe if you put the orzo in the Ruben it would taste even better(great idea. lol)

Really good fatty corned beef on the Reuben, super thick rye bread. I wish they would butter the bread slightly when they toast it. Despite the name I’m not sure they actually serve beef brisket, but make their own corned beef and pastrami, they had a big menu of interesting looking items. You could get a side of Orzo or a pickle.
