Had the Caribbean Burger w/fries and it was on point! I don’t think I’ve ever eaten a burger that fast before! And the fries were a parm and herb seasoning which really complimented the burger.

I may be breaking up with Feast Beast. $ 7 for steak on a stick served with a tiny cup of salsa. The meat quality wasn’t great, and I know this because I nearly choked to death trying to swallow a piece today as it lodged in my throat(I took a chance despite lots of vigorous chewing). The only thing that saved me was a long stringy thing protruding from the meat, and I was able to pull the killer meat out of my throat like I was saving a killer kid from a well with a rope. Feast Beast tried to kill me in addition to ripping me off. I don’t think we can remain on good terms. Me? I think I’ll be ok despite obvious underlying issues that made me think it’s ok to order steak out of a food truck.

I wish there was a 2 ½ star option! My son ordered the steak on a stick which he had before and LOVED it! It’s his favorite. I ordered this time their Shrimp Stew. The stew was pretty tasty, however I only had about 4 shrimp in the whole bowl. And, they were pretty small. Also, the bad part was the rice was not cooked! I started chewing and it was quite crunchy, I thought there was some kind of nut in the dish and then I realized it was the uncooked rice. They need to make sure the rice is fully cooked and add a few more shrimp and this would not be a bad dish!

Discovered Feast Beast at the Fashion Square Mall Food Truck Bazaar and was struck by the bright orange color. Menu is short, but good. My favorite was the grilled chicken hearts — they come right off the grill and are delicious. Hubby tried the filet and he raved over it — «melted in my mouth».

Marinated filet mignon on a skewer. It was absolutely perfect.

Positives: short line, friendly staff, and the parsnip soup. Negatives: the national dish of Brazil tasted like an experiment I made with beans and rice while I was in college, except this cost $ 8. It was far from gourmet. They need to ditch that dish.

Flying the Brazilian flag is this bright orange truck with an unmistakably big name sign. Although, the kid(child labor laws apply) who greeted us was a little shy at first he warmed up and gave a nice little story about Brazilian food and even offered a business card. Cool props kiddo!
The menu was concise and simple. A couple of sandwiches, a couple of dishes with rice, meat on a stick, nothing crazy right? Wrong! Read between the lines and the little surprises pop out. Meat on a stick is really chicken hearts; gooey cheese roll; the feijoada, Brazil’s national dish; Short ribs raised in Red wine; and my choice the Brazilian Feast Beast Sandwich. I really wanted the feijoada or the short ribs, but after whizzing through a couple of food trucks before the old food sack was getting a little topped off. So splitting a sandwich did not seam so bad. The Brazilian Feast Beast was a little explosion of flavors. Grilled Toscana Sausage, topped with sauteed onions, melted smoked provolone, Bacon Jam, roasted garlic mayo and vinaigrette on a fresh French bread. The Toscana sausage was bold with spicy flavors which blended well with the cooling mayo and cheese. Amazing little sandwich. I regretted agreeing to split it. Could have handled the whole thing. Next time. Oh but next time is the feijoada, guess it’ll be multiple trips. When the attendants did turn on the chatter it was very pleasurable. No need to clam up. Product is great!

Ever walk by a food truck and say«Hmmm I’ve never had chicken hearts before, I think I want to try them?» Well I just did. Feast Beast is a food truck focused on bringing you amazing Brazilian cuisine. We ordered the Coracao de Frango Grelhado which is 3 skewers of marinated chicken hearts. This may be chicken but the flavor is a nice moist beefy taste. These little hearts pack some great flavor. Don’t be afraid, try them, they are delicious. Service is super friendly and if you have any questions they are happy to answer them for you.
