Elvira and Gena are great! Both aim to please in waxing, tips on make up and skin care. I’m very picky so being heard in regards to what I like(beauty care wise) is very important. During my first visit I expressed my concerns with waxing such as, skin irritation afterwards, the inconsistency in precision, and the possibility of skin removal. It’s been well over several years since I got my facial hair waxed so I needed to know I was in good hands. I felt like she listened and did her best to address my concerns. It was enough to give it a try. It’s been a few months since I’ve been coming here and although I’m not convinced that waxing facial hair is for me, while I’m still feeling it out, I don’t mind placing my trust in these ladies. The last time I got service done I also received a tip on an eye cream that would help to lighten dark circles under my eyes which worked really well. To me, beauty care is a process of learning your skin at every stage of your life. It helps to trust the ones who will be assisting in your caring. So speak up! If you’re not pleased, say so. Your skin is not a matter in which you need to hold anything back.
