We had paid for R/​T/​transportation more than 3 months in advance, because our trip was during the holidays. Our trip from the Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral went fine, after a bit of a run around of wanting to have us wait in the van while the driver picked up waiting passengers from other piers in the cruise terminal. We politely said ‘no’ and had him drop us at our pier first. On our return trip our ship had disembarkation issues and all passengers were late getting off the ship. I called and advised Atlantic Transportation and after clearing customs we arrive pier side at 8:40. Our original p/​u time was 8:30, but we can not locate their van and call them. We are told that it is our fault, we were late, and the van has left. We are told another van will arrive within an hour. We wait at their p/​u site and still no van. Again we call and are told to book another company/​shuttle and they’ll refund our one way ride of $ 40. Pure luck and double the money we get a shuttle and arrive at Orlando Airport only to see Atlantic Transportation parked and unloading in front of us! So yes, they were at the cruise terminal, but the driver never came to our pier on either of his trips. I have saved all cell phone, email correspondence, and now PayPal emails with Atlantic Transportation. A dispute filed by the company said they were the buyers (no, they were the sellers) and stopped our $ 40 refund. Woah, what a ride, huh? They have since called us and said they notified PayPal to disburse the $ 40. We are still waiting, but do believe that Atlantic Transportation will ‘make good on their promise’ for our refund.

Shuttle to the pier from airport was a bit confusing. Pick up was ½ late before a young lady approached us and said we were supposed to go with another shuttle company. We had to trust her and go with them. We were not charged by them so all was ok. We were later informed we should have received some notification of the switch, via phone, email, but we didn’t. Hence the 3 stars. As for the ride back to the airport from the pier; we ordered a private car as our flight was leaving earlier than the ships transport would allow. Now HE was an awesome driver. Very friendly and made the ride to the airport pleasant. Wish I could give him 5 stars…
