This location is AMAZING. I have been renting from Alamo for a few months now due to personal issues. This company and this location are both amazing! The regular lady that works here, her name is Damaris. She is WONDERFUL! She is always there ready to listen and try to help you. She knows a thing or two about customer service. Everyone at Alamo is always pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good work guys!

This company sucks, we rented a car for 1 week and mid week it started having maintenance required alert with weird noises. We contacted alamo 1 – 800 and they directed us to go to a local alamo to have it replaced. Big waste of time that was as they said they couldnt help us. They said they only had reserved cars. But another customer rented during our conversation without any reservation. Now they directed us to go to the airport to switch it. Their staff support are all incompetent, will never rent from this company ever again.
