Josh Logan, the primary attorney, started in the business world helping with his father’s painting contracting business in SW Florida. Shortly after graduating from FSU in 1997, he went in to financial sales and consulting, then into marketing. Ultimately he decided to go back to school to study law, and fell in love with business law and franchise law. Since being admitted to the Florida bar in 2007, Josh has been helping business owners with their legal needs, half of which in franchise-​related matters and split time litigating and conducting business transactions (helping people buy and sell businesses).
