History

Established in 2011.

To better serve his clients, Mr. Allen currently limits his practice to business and personal injury. His business practice includes matters related to domestic and international commerce, trademark and copyright law, contract negotiation and disputes, litigation, corporate dealings and business management. While studying in Spain, he developed comprehensive and detailed understanding of international law, structure and functions of various European business entities, and their interaction with the United States and the newly emerging European Common Market. He also has experience in contract round table negotiation with Russian, German and Hong Kong companies. Mr. Allen has drafted many legal documents ranging from partnerships and operating agreements to shareholder contracts and bylaws, and over the years has helped businesses to grow and prosper. In addition, he has handled personal injury matters, including one action against a national specialty pharmacy.

Mr. Allen Esquire, received his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from University of California, Berkeley He minored in philosophy and received numerous awards of distinction. He continued his education and earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. While in law school, he served as Vice President of the law school chapter of Amnesty International and became a member of Phi Alpa Delta Law Fraternity. After completing law school, Mr. Allen gained admission to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Florida. He is also admitted to the United States District Court of New Jersey and the Middle District Court of Florida. Mr. Allen is versed in business and employment law, including matters related to trade and commerce, contracts, and international transactions. While studying in Spain, he developed a comprehensive and detailed understanding of in of international law. He has drafted many legal documents, ranging from partnership to operating agreements.
