I have been going to Dr. Kapmarski for a couple of years now and have always been happy with her work. It’s always a quick and painless trip, which I am thankful for. Her staff is always kind and helpful. She has given me 3 crowns over the years and I have never had a problem with them!

I went to Dr. Kapmarski for several years. The last few were against my better judgement. I kept telling myself a dr. would know better than me.
I should have known from my first experience: I came in for a crown. She told me I did not need a root canal. They placed the permament crown and about 3 days later I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain. I went in for an emergency appointment that day and she told me the root was infected and they would have to do a root canal. So they drilled through my BRAND NEW CROWN to do the root canal. And the best part, if you have an infection novocaine doesn’t work, so I felt everything!
I have several crowns. They were constantly breaking or falling out. After one fell out repeatedly she informed it was because there wasn’t enough tooth for it to grab on to and I needed gum lengthening surgery. Foolishly I agreed to have this procedure. Afterwards, the crown fell out AGAIN.
That was when I had enough. She offered to repair it for free and even reimbursed me hundreds of dollars. That is a sure sign that you have been done wrong. I took the money but I’m still out thousands from all the shoddy work I received.
Avoid at all costs!

I just moved to Orland Park and needed a dentist. I was leaving the mall and saw the sign so I stopped in. Dr. Rita couldn’t have been any sweeter. My appointment was easy to schedule and my teeth felt sparkly white! And she’s right by the mall. :)
