Bought my first Oreck in 2003 from this store. It has been an amazing experience ever since. I’ve been through countless hoovers before this purchase (sometimes 2 per year). I bring my oreck in for its yearly maintenance and it’s like a brand new vacuum.
Recently I traded in my old vacuum for a new one. While rearranging my daughters room I vacuumed up a screw that was lodged in the fan housing. When I brought it in the girl at the counter was very helpful & tried to get the screw out. It was really in there so it stayed for repair. I told her to just have the yearly maintenance done on it since they’d have it anyway. Everything on it was done in 1 day & my warranty covered the whole thing so I was charged nothing. I will never own anything but an Oreck and will continue to use this store, even though I’ve since moved 30+ miles away from it.

Used to love Oreck vacuums (have had 3) and have been to this store for 6+ years but recent management changes have made me stop frequenting this Oreck and my next vacuum will not be an Oreck. Mgr is rude, just tries to sell new vacuums and doesn’t stand by their work.
