First encounter with MBR Services was on a 10 degree Sunday night in 2014. The furnace goes out. Called my installer, left a message, no answer.
Went through the phonebook(the what?) looking for nearby 24 hour emergency service. Figured I would try my installer once more; still no answer. Never did hear back from him, but that’s ok. Called MBR and things started looking better immediately. Marcos arrived within ½ hour, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to go to his shop for a part, returned and fixed the problem. Within 2 hours of the initial contact we had HEAT. I just had MBR back to do a fall cleaning. Marcos does great work, is more than willing to explain the problem and the process, and charges reasonable rates. If you need a heating/ac guy, he’s your man.

Of course if my air-conditioner was going to go kaput, it would have to be on one of the few hot days we this summer. I wanted to wait to but my wife would have killed me if I had. not had it fixed thay day. I felt this emergency call would be just what these HVAC guys prey upon. I searched the internet for air conditioning repair in my area and Chose MBR based on their google revirews. I liked that they called to say they would be on time, which they were…(very important to me.) The technician Marcos was very polite and even wore blue booties in my home. I hate when service people walk in to repair and leave my carpet filthy with their work boots. Anyway Marcos quickly diagnosed the problem, showing and explaining to me how over time refridgerant is lost. He replenished ir and was very reasonable. I really lucked out by calling MBR, If someone would have told me it was beyond repair and I needed a new one, I would have been none the wiser. Marcos who I later found out is the owner, was a breath of fresh air. Why can’t everyone do business like this, because this is now on my «I got a guy» list snd will definately refer him to friends and family. Thank you MBR
