Marchese Construction

I first used Marchese Construction for a major kitchen remodel. Cory and his crew were amazing. Their work was impeccable, and even more impressive, they were fast — completed our project in less than ¹⁄₃ the time than other contractors were quoting. They were extremely conscientious and great to have around the house. What I liked best about Marchese Construction is that they have specialists on staff (plumbing electrical, carpentry) which means that very little (in our case only dry walling and painting) were subbed out. This made the project run more smoothly than any other home remodel I’ve done.
We liked their work so much that we’ve had them remodel other areas of our home (two bathrooms, and our laundry room). Every project has been a true pleasure. I really can’t recommend Marchese Construction enough!

Cory did our kitchen for us last spring. We met him via a kitchen design studio in Berkeley, who we would not recommend nor name! He more than made up for their serious short comings. He is incredibly responsive and has good, sound reasonable ideas. He and his crew are very attentive and neat. They know their stuff and are easy to work with. We had problems with a floor installation done by a local company and Cory was very helpful at getting the problems resolved. We are now having Cory do a laundry room remodel which includes adding a half bath and a small media center. We highly recommend him.

Cory and his crew did a remodeling project for me a couple of years ago. His bid was very reasonable, he was easy to work with, and the project turned out great. He did come in a hair over budget, but I felt it was justified since he did more work than I had expected.
I particularly liked that Cory was there on the job site every day. He is very «hands on» contractor who knows how to get things done. His crew also seemed hard working in and competent.
There was one minor hiccup after the work was complete, but he came the next day and fixed it free of charge.
Now, whenever someone asks me to refer a contractor, Cory is always at the top of my list.
