I called Expert Tree Service because a HUGE tree fell on property at my parents house in Orinda. Brian went up to her house that day and after agreeing to a reasonable price, had a crew begin work later that day. The crew did a great job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Expert Tree Service did an amazing job. They have very knowledgeable staff, and get the job done really quickly. They are so good, that you cannot notice the trees that they trimmed look any different. I guess that’s how you tell who is good an not. Now, my trees are safe after all this rain we’ve been having. Brian knows what he is talking about and will actually go out of his way to educate you and your gardeners on how to trim your trees properly. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Not to mention, they’re local!

Expert Tree Service came recommended to me by a close friend with tree experience. I contacted Expert Tree Services to get an estimate for removing 5 large Monterey Pines in my backyard. The owner, Brian Gates, is very knowledgeable and very practical with 30 years experience. He gave us the quote, but also a bunch of advice. Expert Tree Services quote was not only lower in cost, but also said they would finish the job two days sooner then the other quotes.
The faller, crane operator, and ground crew were very experienced and professional. Brian continued to monitor the job on a day to day basis. I will most definitely use Expert Tree Service for any tree pruning, removal, or consultation that I may need.
