Just Say Yes Massage and Ergonomics has two beautiful locations ~ downtown Orinda and Benicia. Kelly is a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) with 17+ years professional massage experience. Specializing in Thai Massage; studying both here and abroad; as well as, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Reiki, and Ashiatsu (massage using the feet).

Kelly is also an ergonomic consultant working to comfortably unite people and their work space. Specializing in injury prevention ergonomics for home offices and small businesses.

History

Established in 1997.

I originally opened my massage practice in Orinda under the name Skin and Body Works. In 2000, I began traveling overseas (Indonesia and Thailand). My extended travels provided not only professional growth, but personal growth as well. After my second trip to Indonesia, I said YES! to my biggest dream at that time. .. to live in a foreign country. In 2003, I sold everything I owned and made the move. I closed the doors to my studio, but kept things going by home visits every time I was back in the country. After 10 years of back and forth, I have settled back in the Bay Area and into two beautiful communities. I still go overseas, but not in the same capacity. Indonesia is my second home. The experiences of my travels have found their way into my work. I continue to grow and learn about this amazing thing we call ‘our body’. Every massage; every client teaches me something and I am grateful for all of it.

Kelly is a terrific masseuse and a lovely person. My husband and I have a standing appointment each week and we take turns using it. She’s very concerned with our well-​being, is knowledgeable about the body, and is a serious person with a lovely warm way about her. Her massage is deep and relaxing (and she gets up and uses her feet if you want her to use extra strength!). We think she gives the best massage around, and at a reasonable price.

I visited Kelly for help with tight, knotted shoulders, and as always, she was warm, gracious, and helpful. Her office is calm and simple, and the adjustable table is perfect. I had her 90 minute massage, and felt so much better when it was over I just about floated away. In addition to using her hands and forearms on your muscles, she can apply pressure with her feet if you ask. She moved her feet in long, firm strokes along my spinal muscles — it was the best! Her Just Say Yes website shows the times and options for massages, so it is easy to make an appointment. Kelly is calm and fun to talk to, and her whole focus is on you while you are there — she does great massages, and I’ll be back soon.

Thank you Unilocal!If not for Unilocal,I would not have found Just Say Yes Massage! I recently moved to the Lamorinda area and have been desperately in search of a new masseuse. I finally had time to schedule a massage and I made an appointment with Kelly of Just Say Yes. It was very easy to make an appointment — I was able to make the appointment online and I actually received an e-​mail reminder prior to my appointment date and time. Conveniently located in the downtown area of Orinda, my stress-​reducing experience began when I easily found a parking space right in front of the building. Just Say Yes is located on the second floor of a nondescript business building. The space is very simple — one tastefully decorated room, with a sitting area in the front and a massage table in the back, with the two areas separated by a curtain. Kelly did a fantastic job — I carry a lot of my stress in my back and shoulders and, since it’s been a while since my last massage, Kelly had her work cut out for her. I was able to pay for the massage with credit card, which is always a plus. Very impressed — will definitely be back again!

Kelly always does a great job with a massage — whether it’s just general relaxation, dealing with stress or a particular body part — back and shoulder — that are giving a problem. Besides the great physical massage, she is always a soothing person to talk to — so emotionally soothing as well. I recommend Kelly to anyone who wants a great massage!

Just Say Yes is wonderful! Kelly is unbelievable in getting to the right places and releasing tension. IAs a client over the last 15 years I’ve never been disappointed.
