Krispy Kreme

I am very upset! I drove an hour to get some donuts for my friends and literally right when I arrived the management put up a «closed for one hour» sign at 1pm in the afternoon. I called the store and asked if I could come in and get some donuts before it was «closed» for NO REASON! I am very frustrated and upset! Please do not support this behavior. Not professional at all, not centered around customer service at all!

Very frustrated with our experience that just happened 10 min ago. Finally convinced my wifey to get Krispy Kreme and we order our favorite sour kreme glazed and they were all out, both chocolate and and regular. We understood its late 945 pm and that we were too late for our favorites. That’s fine. So we try multiple different donuts and the guy and lady were very not friendly and long story short we get home and open up our box and there wasnt one correct donut! Just a bunch of stuffer donuts that we threw away. Yes we could have checked but we shouldn’t have too!!! DONT GO TO KRISPY KREME @ NIGHT, PERIOD.

The donuts are good if they are hot. Like addictive good. Like you would reward yourself after finals with one caliber donuts and drive clear from Provo for one. It’s a real thing. Moral of the story? If the donuts are hot then they’re awesome, otherwise it is not the best place.
Their guest service is abysmal. The employees are never very nice or friendly, and ⁴⁄₅ times when I go through the drive though I get no napkins, and no hello. And even the hot donut sign is on I get a cold donut. This location has one really nice girl named Alice who is excellent, she is friendly and super nice with a great smile, and one great older Hispanic gentleman who works the night shift that are FANTASTIC. I added one star onto the review for each of them. The rest of the employees I have dealt with are neither impressive or friendly. I have stood in the lobby on a Friday night and watched 4 workers watching YouTube videos on a phone while one tried to package donuts and cash people out with a line out the door. Kudos to those two employees, you have saved my relationship with this location.

After having bad service with the drive thru guy I met with the manager and she was really friendly and made how I felt a lot better. I really did not go in wanting any refund or anything free but she insisted which was nice. Donuts were good.

Typical Krispy Kreme. The doughnuts are delicious and I like the variety. They have fun holiday themes throughout the year. The only complaint I have is the staff. They could look right at you and see you in line, and ignore you because they’re not specifically assigned to the register. I’ve worked in sales service, and that’s not how to treat customers.

I really love their glazed donuts. But really only amazing when they are hot. Came with the hot sign on and they weren’t making them. So they had been sitting for awhile. Just not the same.
Also tried a strawberry glazed, way to sweet. Even my 4 year old who ordered it didn’t like it.
Boston cream with custard filling is delicious. I hate the Kreme filling they use, so don’t get that unless you like pure icing that’s way too sweet. And this is coming from a girl who loves her sweets.

This is pretty much the last Krispy Kreme left around these parts and it’s great. Whenever I’m in the area that «hot doughnuts» sign pulls me in and I’m never disappointed. I do not understand why people would ever eat Dunkin Donuts when Krispy Kreme is available as they are far superior in every way. The service here has also always been good for me.

Read all the reviews while I was waiting in a really slow line for donuts. That’s the only downside to this place, is it just shouldn’t take that long to get through the line? A customer orders, they throw some donuts in a box, tell the customer a total and done. But somewhere this gets lost.
Watching the donuts get made is really fun. The kids love it and even though I’ve seen it a «dozen» times, I find it fascinating every time.
I know nothing about the hot light being on or off (a lot of complaints about that) as I’ve always just went when I’ve wanted donuts and always been able to buy them hot and fresh.
I’ve also never done the drive though, which seems like a longer line than inside… So I always just go inside.

Great glazed doughnuts when fresh. Otherwise they aren’t very good. Fairly expensive. Their staff is terrible. Very slow when they have a ton of people. I’ve been in line for an hour when really if they didn’t have three people standing doing nothing while only one guy does boxes doughnuts there would be close to no line.

Always so fresh and yummy with good prices. Their customer service could use some help though.

Small over cooked doughnuts. Every time I have a Krispy doughnut is is wonderful, not this time they sold me a box that had doughnuts half the size and over cooked. I called and the employee said «ya sometimes they don’t turn out good»… What a joke

I love coming here! Whenever I come from the Provo airport I always stop this Krispy Kreme before heading home. They always have fresh doughnuts and a great selection to choose from. I would recommend the glazed, sour cream glazed (I know it sounds a bit weird but it’s so good, I was hesitant but another customer convinced me to try it stating it was amazing!), and the maple glazed. Also, they will always give a free doughnut to eat while you are waiting in line.

If you call and listen to their message the hot light hours go to nine pm.
We got there at 8:25. The hot light was off. We asked the woman working if their hot light hours went to nine, she said that they really turn it off at 8:30. We asked if they were still hot then, since it wasn’t even 8:30, she said no.
These people seriously struggle. Maybe they should hire some employees who can tell time?

Hands down my favorite GLAZED donuts! I love these so much I could literally eat a dozen at one sitting. My employees know me so well, they know how to get to my heart!

Love their doughnuts! Love their employees and service. Always accurate. Worth every penny and calorie! I wish the store near my home in Salt Lake was still open, but fortunately I’m in Orem often. They have seasonal flavored, fund raiser cards, free tours, birthday specials, etc. Open ²⁴⁄₇. Can’t get any better.

and my wife are frequent visitors here and often get a box and f their donuts. Definitely recommend their maple glazed and raspberry filled donuts. Go there and enjoy. 5 star donuts to me

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are The best! Especially when the Hot Now sign is on. It is consistently, melt in your mouth delicious! I am never disappointed. My favorite is the original but maple and chocolate are good too.

What is there to say about Krispy Kreme. They are seriously like the best donuts around. Unless your not too into the whole melt in your mouth experience. I wont hold it against you at all. The biggest down size is that they are located so far away. I drive down from South Jordan to get myself a box of this amazing goodness. And because of the distance I can’t get my donut fix as often as I would like… well maybe thats actually a good thing cause I would be tempted to get a donut every day: D
With regards to service, come on ppl, this is a donut place not a 4 star restaurant. Plus I have never had to wait in line. Everytime I go their is no line and I just order and go. Piece of cake.
Tip: Free donut when their sign light is on!!! Means donuts are coming out of the oven!

I love Krispy Kreme. LOVE. I mean, not bordering on obsession, it’s a full-​blown obsession. I’ve been to probably more than 50 of their stores in four different countries. This is the one with the worst service I’ve ever been to, I think.
1. We called to ask if the the Hot Light was on. They avoided answering the phone the first couple times we called, and then answered and said «the Hot Line goes on at 4 PM» (it was after 4PM when we called), and repeated that verbatim when I asked if that meant it was on now. The tone was really rude and brusque. When we got there, at nearly 5 PM, it wasn’t on after all.
2. When we finally got to our place in line (they were super busy, and didn’t have enough staff on), they were out of hot doughnuts. But only because they had been oddly boxing up literally dozens of boxes of the hot ones and setting them to the side. I assumed these were for drive through orders, but I found this not to be the case once I got to the front. I’ve literally NEVER seen this maneuver at any other store, which makes sense; why box up the doughnuts you have a huge long line for, but then insist on keeping them to the side? We asked if we could have a box of the recently boxed doughnuts, and the overmatched employee just looked somehow stunned that I would ask, and said she’d have to ask her manager, who apparently said no.
All in all, really poor service, insufficient staffing levels and head-​scratching sales practices made this either the worst or second-​worst (the other in the running was when another store in TX had completely undercooked the doughnuts, and they were gross and rubbery) experience I’ve ever had at a Krispy Kreme.

This place is really scrumptious.
ALWAYS GO when the hot sign is on! They’ve gotten a little Stingy with the samples, but take what you can get!
The original glazed are where it’s at – go when they are fresh. They have added lots of other different flavors — but those aren’t my cup of tea.
