History
Established in 1990.
Founded by the late Ruth and Nathan Hale in 1990, this theater was owned and operated by Cody and Linda Hale and Cody and Anne Swenson until 2007 when it became a 501©(3) public charity. Now the four act as managing producers and directors of the Hale Center Foundation for the Arts and Education. Nearly 150 productions have been produced on their stage.
They are very grateful for the support they receive from Orem City and the CARE grant program.
Meet the Manager
Sean M.
Manager
Sean Murphy began working for the Hale Center Foundation for the Arts and Education in 2007 and now is serving as the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Development. He has organized multiple fundraising campaigns, including the annual winter fun run, Hale Freezes Over.
Sean currently lives in Provo with his wife and infant daughter, Matilda. Just because he knows how much they’ll love it, he constantly tells people to, «Go to Hale!»
