Hey if its not right the first time try, try again! They usually will get your order wrong if you are making any kind of special request(don’t recommend the drive through) The service is good though and they will try to make it right. The food is what you would expect at burger king, the place is a little outdated but clean and the staff is friendly.

The Jr. Whopper meal is very dispointing. The hambrger should of been a basic hamburger the meat was way smaller than the bun with mostly cheap lettuce and ketchup. We might as well have purchased the Big Mac for our money. We will never purchase another Jr. Whooper or the meal again. If we dined in I would have complained but we went through the drive through. Additionally, the sprite soda that I recieved was horrible. It tasted like all the other flavors in one even though it was a clear soda. Never had this problem but with their new soda offers I can see how this can become a problem over time.

The old Burger King theme song says, «Hold the pickles, hold the lettuce. Special orders don’t upset us.» Well, they’ve apparently never heard those words at this location. We have no problem with getting the order placed correctly. There is, however, a major disconnect somewhere between the computer and the people who fill the order. Maybe they should begin by marking the boxes – I think that’s the purpose for the little pictures of ketchup, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc. This has happened to us one too many times, and I don’t plan to go back.

So they didn’t get it right first but they went out if their way to make it right. The place was clean and the food is what you expect for Burger King — this time the service stood out.
